Student answer (Band 5.5)
In modern era, the best way to provide the enough houses in urban areas is to construte the tall apartment blocks. Although, i partially agree with this statement because when there will be a tall apartments people can get new house and they cover the space which is crowded which i will discuss in upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, nowadays people like to live in tall buildings because they want cover the space which is crowded which also good owing to when there will be a tall apartment this good effect goes to economy infrastructer which good for GDP. It also good because market will be nearby the building. Further more, when people get enough homes in tall buildings they can also live modern living style which is good for growing mindset of society. For example, in gurugram live likes to live in tall building due to away from crowded place and live modern living style.
Moreover, few individuals donot like to live in tall buildings because they donot fill comfortable like they live in tight environment from which get a stress on there mind which also effects to there health. In other words, most of people who are elder they like to live in open environment from that space they donot get comfort from that problem. Further more, the major problem is there will be a large amount traffic which effect them which disturb in many ways like, when they are sleeping or they are doing there work.
In conclusion, when individuals are shifting to tall apartments they get away from crowd and it also improve the infrastructer of the economy but, it also cause the major problem of traffic and stress when people are doing there work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a partly agreeing position and include reasons on both sides: you say tall buildings can provide homes and support the economy, while also noting stress and traffic. These points are relevant to the question, and the conclusion returns to the same position. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because the central claim—that tall blocks are the best way to provide enough homes—is not directly compared with alternatives or clearly justified. Several ideas remain unclear or under-developed, such as how nearby markets improve the economy and why tall buildings reduce crowding. The example of Gurugram is mentioned but not explained. Develop fewer points with specific reasoning and examples, and make your degree of agreement explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting different considerations, and a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic route through your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because ideas are repeated or linked mechanically. For example, the first body paragraph moves from crowded space to GDP, nearby markets, and modern lifestyles without explaining the connections. Phrases such as “Further more” and repeated “which” clauses do not always clarify how one point relates to the next. Some references, including “this good effect” and “that problem,” are also vague. Organise each paragraph around one main point, explain it in sequence, and use clearer referencing and linking.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “tall apartment blocks,” “urban areas,” “GDP,” “traffic,” and “stress,” so the general subject is clear. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “good,” “crowded,” and “modern living style.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, such as “construte,” “infrastructer,” and “donot,” which reduce accuracy and sometimes make meaning harder to interpret. Some combinations are unnatural, for example “cover the space which is crowded” and “get a stress on there mind.” Build a more precise set of housing and urban-planning vocabulary, check spelling carefully, and learn common word partnerships rather than translating phrases directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, using clauses introduced by “because,” “when,” and “which.” This shows an effort to express reasons and contrast. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction can make the argument difficult to follow. Examples include “the best way to provide the enough houses,” “when there will be a tall apartments,” and “it also improve the infrastructer.” Pronouns and possessives are also inconsistent in “there mind” and “there work.” Punctuation and capitalisation need attention, including the opening “Although” and the lowercase “i.” Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
