Student answer (Band 5.0)
Homes are vital for human beings. It one of the most important thing in the every individual's life. I strongly agree with given statement for which vindication would be elobrated in the upcoming paragraphs
To commence with, the first and the foremost is that there are many benifits for building tall apartment blocks in cities. To explain in the cities are is problem of space not everyone can afford the large homes and the plots. Moreover, if plots are available it is very expensive and after buying plots individual needs more money to build a home. For example, the money he save money for buying plot and builting home. He can get very luxury apartment in porch area from whre he can enjoy the beautiful view.
In the tall buildings there are many apartments more than 10-15. In the less area the many person can live. The special parking is there. Security gaurds are there for there safety. They can enjoy the city view. The cities became over crowd if masses built large homes. The parking problem is there in homes , have to park vehicles outside the homes because inside the home the space is not there families put clothes on wires for dry.
Conclusion, after taking all the aspects in my conserdation, i would like to emphaize that, tall buildings are more benificial then making bigger homes in cities. Many opporunities we gets in apartments, for example, security, parking for vehicles, city view

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear: you strongly agree that tall apartment blocks can help provide homes in cities. You give relevant reasons, including limited space, the high cost of plots, parking and security, and you include an example about enjoying a city view. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because several points are asserted rather than explained, and the example about saving money is difficult to follow. The task asks for reasons and relevant examples, so develop one or two benefits with clearer cause-and-effect explanation and a specific example. The response is also 8 words below the required 250-word minimum. A fuller discussion would make your argument more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: you begin with your opinion, present supporting points, and finish with a conclusion. The paragraphs broadly separate the introduction, reasons and final view. However, progression within the body is not always clear. For example, the discussion moves from plot costs to luxury apartments, then to parking and clothes drying without explaining how each point connects to the main argument. Linking phrases such as “To commence with” and “Moreover” are used, but some transitions feel mechanical or do not clarify the relationship between ideas. To improve, group related benefits together, use a clear topic sentence for each paragraph, and connect each example directly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “apartment blocks,” “plots,” “security guards,” and “overcrowded,” which helps communicate your main ideas. However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form and collocation errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “elobrated,” “benifits,” “luxury apartment in porch area,” and “opporunities we gets.” Some expressions are also vague or unnatural, including “special parking” and “beautiful view.” Aim to use accurate, natural phrases for housing and urban planning, and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain the advantages rather than relying on repeated references to apartments, homes and city views.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Your writing relies mainly on short, simple statements, with limited control of longer sentence forms. There are frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles and punctuation that sometimes make meaning unclear. For example, “It one of the most important thing” is missing a verb and has incorrect singular agreement, while “In the less area the many person can live” has an unclear structure and incorrect number. The sentence beginning “To explain in the cities are is problem of space” is also difficult to interpret. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check articles, plurals and punctuation. A few accurate complex sentences explaining cause and effect would add range and clarity.
