Student answer (Band 5.0)
As we see the grewing economy of the countried and demand of people is rising so we need homes at urban cites. Metro cities are best example of lack in the areas to bulid new homes. But if we see the planed cites like new work or london we see that the diversification on the homes from penthouses to villas are very confied to markest places, metro stations or conetivity to the different cities.
As me thinking of the people are vrey much alined towards the easy accessbility to every thing from profersonal to personal belongings. So the advantage to this can be time eficient to the daliy life but on other hand it is not giveing the peace to the generations. As a 21st century man i have to give a say that if we are only confied to a city only this can be very difficult to th build new homes for the city tall apartment is the best way to put more people at one palce and that help the peolpe to do thier work and live profesionally. In this case china done a very wonderfull job to set an example how bulid the apartment and to acomodate a large population.
And in smaller tier 2 or 3 cities should be countiue with their cultural connectivity toward the homes. Home at small cities is sgnificant importance to the the families from the generations and it give a lot of oimpact toward the socity. Just like small cities like agra have a significant hostorical importance right ? As we see that people arounf world vist to the Taj Mahal.
I am very much comfertable with the devlopment of homes and very supportive to the sustainable homes whic can be enery eficent. Tall apartment with their impact full arcitactures.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a broadly supportive position, stating that tall apartments can accommodate more people in cities, and the reference to China gives a relevant example. You also introduce a contrast with smaller cities and their cultural or historical value. However, the response only partially develops the question of whether tall blocks are the best way to provide enough homes: the points about accessibility, peace for future generations, and preserving small-city culture are not clearly connected to that comparison. Your position also shifts between supporting tall apartments and supporting sustainable homes without explaining how these views fit together. Develop two or three directly relevant reasons, explain each, and make your degree of agreement clear throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate paragraphs and some basic signposting, including “But,” “on other hand,” and “And in smaller tier 2 or 3 cities.” These help indicate contrast and a change of topic. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow: the opening moves from urban housing demand to housing types and transport access, while later paragraphs introduce peace, professional life, cultural connections, and tourism without clear links. Some references, such as “this” and “it,” do not make their meaning clear. The final paragraph also reads more like a brief personal statement than a conclusion that draws the argument together. Organise the essay around a clear sequence of reasons and use linking phrases to show how each supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, such as “urban cities,” “tall apartment,” “accommodate a large population,” “cultural connectivity,” and “sustainable homes.” This shows an effort to discuss housing and urban development rather than relying only on basic words. However, many spelling errors and inaccurate or unnatural combinations make parts of the response difficult to understand, for example “grewing economy,” “confied to markest places,” and “impact full arcitactures.” Some expressions also do not convey a precise meaning, such as “peace to the generations” and “professional belongings.” Build accuracy by learning common collocations for housing, density, transport, and quality of life, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “but” and a sentence explaining that apartments can accommodate a large population. However, complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, and articles can make the meaning hard to follow. For example, “As me thinking of the people are…” does not form a complete grammatical clause, while “it is not giveing the peace” has an incorrect verb construction. The opening sentence also joins several ideas without a clear grammatical structure. Practise writing one complete main clause at a time, then add subordinate clauses with accurate subjects and verbs; review articles and punctuation as you edit.
