Student answer (Band 5.0)
as the world population rate increase day by day people needs more homes to live and best option to provide houses is to manufacture largest buildings with sufficient numbers of appartments.
on the one hand world growth and reproduction rate rise which is good for any country but on other hand it would be necessory to have suffiecient life resources like enoughf food, quality education ,medical facalities ,proper residents to build a good nation and investment to build huge buildings with appartments, cabins ,small rooms are best rather then to build big houses .
on the other hand houses with excessive spaces no doubt good option for healthy life because those places have extra land for gardens and open area with proper ventilation systems .in addition big homes provide playground ,nursuries ,studyrooms facilities to children .morover people prefer to arrange parties at homes rest of their comfert ,however in big villas and banglows it is much easier to manage car poarches and jim rather then small appartments.
therefore every espect has its on siginificance but from my prospective benefits of large houses outweight its drawbacks .it would be resposability of goverment of any country intruct construction departments make designs, plans and policies according to peoples welfare .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You address the topic of housing and state a position in the conclusion: “benefits of large houses outweight its drawbacks.” However, the response does not clearly answer the specific question about whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide enough homes. Much of the discussion instead supports spacious houses, gardens, playgrounds and villas, so the central argument is only partially relevant and the position is difficult to follow. The ideas about population growth and housing supply are also asserted rather than explained with specific reasoning or examples. The response is 45 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop your argument. Focus each body paragraph on the proposition and explain why high-rise apartments are, or are not, an effective solution, using relevant support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some paragraphing, and the response attempts to organise ideas with phrases such as “on the one hand,” “on the other hand” and “therefore.” This gives the reader a basic sense of separate points and a concluding view. However, the overall progression is unclear: the first body paragraph supports apartment buildings, while the next promotes large homes, and the conclusion refers to “large houses” without resolving the original question about tall apartment blocks. Linking phrases are sometimes used mechanically or do not express a clear contrast. Improve the sequence by presenting one focused argument per paragraph, using transitions that accurately show how the ideas relate, and referring clearly to the same housing option throughout.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “population rate,” “resources,” “ventilation systems,” “playground” and “construction departments,” so the reader can identify the general subject. There are also attempts at less common terms such as “reproduction rate” and “welfare.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings make the meaning less clear, including “manufacture largest buildings,” “proper residents” and “car poarches.” Repeated references to “big homes,” “buildings” and “houses” also restrict precision. Choose vocabulary that directly describes urban housing and its effects, such as housing supply, high-rise blocks and residential density. Check spelling and collocations carefully, and avoid using a word simply because it sounds formal if it does not fit the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a contrast introduced by “although” in the discussion of spacious homes. However, the range of structures is limited, and errors are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to process. For example, “people needs more homes” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “world growth and reproduction rate rise” lacks clear agreement and article use. Several sentences run together without reliable punctuation, particularly the long sentence beginning “on the other hand houses with excessive spaces.” Practise building clear sentences with one main idea, then add subordinate clauses only when their relationships are clear. Review agreement, articles, plural forms and sentence boundaries, and proofread punctuation.
