Student answer (Band 4.5)

Nowadays,Most of cities we see there are a tall apartmants.we saw that in today's time because of large popularity and use of space in best way all builders try to built a tall buildings.some indivisuals says that, the best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartments blocks.i partlly agree with that statement.

To begin with,If the topic is to provide the homes to candidates than build a tall buildings is wroth it.Because it give shelter to many people. Also living in apartments can reduce many unnessesary tention.for example,If we lived in apartments so we don't have to looked about how our surroundings do.Also we don't have any things to see like outside cleaning and at all .Moreover we also do not have any tension of parking.throughout,In large cities because of large popularity It is very hard to find a home with all facilities. So it is very best idea in big cities to built a tall buildings.

On other hand, talk about how large apartments inconvinsial to live beacause in buildings we do not have enough space.although we have to do all things by rules for instance,If we want to throw party at midnight then it is not permissable in apartment Insted of if we have our house then it is very convinieant to do this.Apart from all this we have freedom in our house .If we want to sing out loud then we only do this in our own private place.

To commense, provide homes in large cities to build tall apartment is less better

than to have a house on our own. So,there are two side of this statement and fter all that it all depends on which large cities or area we choose.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the topic and present a partly clear position: you say you “partlly agree,” then discuss the capacity benefits of apartments and drawbacks such as limited space and restrictions on parties. These points are relevant, but the response only partially answers how tall blocks are the best way to provide enough homes. The benefits are asserted rather than explained with specific support, and the examples about cleaning, parking and singing focus more on convenience and personal freedom than housing supply. Your conclusion, “less better than to have a house on our own,” also conflicts with the opening position and does not clearly resolve the question. Develop the housing argument and state a consistent extent of agreement.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph beginning “To begin with,” a contrasting paragraph introduced by “On other hand,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic sense of the two sides. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: several points are joined in long strings, and the discussion moves from housing capacity to cleaning, parking, parties and singing without showing how each point connects to the main argument. Linking phrases such as “Moreover” and “Apart from all this” are used, but some feel mechanical or do not establish a clear relationship. Improve paragraph focus, use clearer references, and make each paragraph develop one central idea before moving to the next.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “shelter,” “facilities,” “freedom,” and “private place,” and you try to express contrast and evaluation. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to read, such as “apartmants,” “unnessesary tention,” “inconvinsial,” and “convinieant.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “large popularity” and “provide the homes to candidates.” These errors sometimes obscure your intended meaning, rather than simply showing occasional imprecision. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases for housing and urban density, and check spelling and collocations carefully. For example, use “population growth” and “residents” in place of the unclear expressions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example “If we want to throw party at midnight then it is not permissable in apartment.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence formation and punctuation make the argument harder to follow. Examples include “build a tall buildings is wroth it,” “it give shelter,” and “we don't have to looked,” which show problems with agreement, articles and verb forms. Several sentences also run together after commas, while capitalisation and sentence boundaries are inconsistent. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then build longer sentences with one clear main clause and correctly formed supporting clauses.
