it is widely argued that provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks. some people believe that is the way to provide houses for individuals, while others think that not necessary, i completely agree with that high-rise flat is the best solution to allow enough homes.

to begin with The best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks, this is crucial nowadays because tall flats provide many houses in ta small space. in addition high-rise flats make cities bigger with build centres like shopping markets and factories and essential facilites like hospitals and schools clinicals can develop the cities and help citizens what they needed in their daily lives. furthermore it helps people live in security and make relationship with neighbors also make lofe essier .

another point to consider there is some people think that flats not necessary because it makes city Noisy and 'ot security

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You state a clear position—“i completely agree”—and give reasons related to housing capacity, access to services, and possible disadvantages such as noise and reduced privacy. However, the response is under the required length: it contains 222 words, 28 short of the 250-word minimum, and 28 words copied from the prompt were not counted. As a result, the ideas remain limited and under-developed. For example, you say tall flats provide homes “in a small space,” but do not explain how this makes them the best solution or support the point with a specific example. The opposing view is mentioned, but its concerns are not clearly weighed against your position. Develop each main reason and explain why you still agree despite the drawbacks.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and phrases such as “to begin with,” “another point to consider,” and “in conclusion” signal the stages of your argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is difficult to follow because several different ideas are joined together without clear explanation. The first body paragraph moves from housing capacity to shopping centres, hospitals, security, and relationships with neighbours. The second combines noise, safety, privacy, cost, and access to facilities, so the reader cannot easily see how these points connect. Some linking phrases are also used mechanically rather than to show a precise relationship. Group related ideas, use clearer topic sentences, and explain each point before moving to the next.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “high-rise flats,” “privacy,” “facilities,” and “citizens,” and you attempt to discuss both benefits and drawbacks. However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “clinical” where you appear to mean clinics, “make lofe essier,” and “waste enough of monry.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “make cities bigger with build centres” and “facilities decreased.” These errors sometimes obscure your intended meaning, which limits the effectiveness of the vocabulary. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully; using a smaller set of precise expressions is more effective than attempting unclear phrases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and the overall position can be understood. However, the range of structures is limited, and frequent errors in sentence formation, verb forms, articles, and agreement make the argument hard to follow. For example, “that provide enough homes … is to build” lacks a clear grammatical subject, while “this is make a city develop” uses an incorrect verb form. Several sentences run together, as in the opening body paragraph, and punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent. These problems sometimes distort meaning rather than being minor slips. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then connect them with conjunctions; check articles and verb forms when revising.
