Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the contemporary era, Many people believe that making a high bilding is better option to full field the accomodation need. I partly agree with this statement because the growing demand of living in city will required new concepts of need.
To commence with, in morden era popullation are increased and the need of accomodation and food and any other livehood things are requried more. Some people argue that high rise billdind will help people to provided the accomodation. For instance, In New york city due to jobs and buisness many people perffer city which make eassy to tarvel and accesed all aminities which required a home and due to this government give permission to build apartment. Therefore, high apartment provided them a home which is essential for human.
However, aprtment are cheper and not need too much spece. In cities, tents are economicaly higher caues they are demanded. While normal citizan only efford small house which give them all facility and not required too much money. Houses on ground are expensive and tall buildind are affordable. Second thing in city a land is limited. If they build single home it's consume a land while in replace of home, apartment provided enough residents of lots of people. Thus, making a tall building is good idea of saving land.
In conclusion, tall building save a land and provided a lots of accomodation at one place. its also beneficial for eniviornment such as a save soil.Another thing is flats are economicaly effortable tahn houes.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear, qualified position in the opening: “I partly agree,” and the response stays focused on housing in large cities. Relevant reasons include limited land, the ability of apartments to house many residents, and the lower cost compared with houses. The New York example also attempts to connect urban employment and demand for accommodation. However, the discussion mainly supports tall buildings and does not explain clearly when or why you disagree with the statement, so the extent of your partial agreement remains underdeveloped. Some claims, such as apartments being affordable or beneficial for the environment, are asserted rather than explained or supported. Develop both sides of your position and show how each reason answers the question about the “best way.”
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “To commence with” and “However,” and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your argument, and the points about cost and limited land are grouped together. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the first body paragraph moves from population growth to food and livelihoods, then to New York and government permission without fully connecting these ideas. Linking phrases such as “Second thing” and “Thus” are used mechanically, and punctuation around transitions is inconsistent. Make each paragraph develop one central reason in a clear sequence, and use references and linking expressions to show the relationship between claims and examples.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “accommodation,” “population,” “limited land,” “affordable,” and “residents,” and you use some topic-specific phrases such as “high-rise” and “apartment.” However, spelling errors are frequent and sometimes make words difficult to recognise, as in “accomodation,” “popullation,” “billdind,” and “eniviornment.” There are also inaccurate or unnatural word choices and collocations, including “full field the accomodation need,” “tents are economically higher,” and “save soil.” The range is limited, with repeated use of “home,” “city,” and “building.” Build a more accurate set of housing and urban-planning expressions, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, including a reason clause with “because” and a conditional contrast beginning “If they build single home.” These attempts show some variety, but complex sentences are often difficult to follow because of errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries. For example, “the growing demand of living in city will required” has problems with the verb form and article use, while “population are increased” has incorrect agreement and tense. In “apartment provided them a home,” the subject–verb form is also inaccurate. Several sentences run together, such as the New York example and the final paragraph. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then combine them with controlled subordinate clauses and consistent punctuation.
