Student answer (Band 5.0)
The most vulunerable way to provide sufficient shalters for citizens in big cities is by building tall flats which is considered to be a suitibale plan for crowded cities. In my opinon, I disagree that the best way is to build planty of tall appartemnts.
The best way to provide homes is by extinding buildings in different areas not only in larg cities, such as moving to districts or the suburbs. In which houses are more large and comfortable and enough space for people. better then living in big cities were individuals are more likely to experince depression due to the crowded life and constent noise. for example, some European people are moving to large abandoned houses in villages in Japan just to look for comfort life surrounded by green spaces and they drive to the city
To make this project happen the governemnt can provide more facilities and aminities in the suburbs and rural area to deminish the stress on large cities, because most of people who move there are look for jobs and practice there hobbies. to improve their life quality.
To sum up, providing more homes in rural area in more benifical and accurate then just putting large number of population in one area by providing alot of blocks

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear in the opening: you disagree that tall apartment blocks are the best solution, and you propose encouraging people to live in suburbs and rural areas instead. The points about more space, comfort, and reduced pressure on cities are relevant, and the example of people moving to villages in Japan helps illustrate your view. However, the response addresses the question only partially: it gives little direct consideration of why tall blocks might or might not provide homes effectively, and several ideas are asserted rather than explained. The government-facilities point is also brief and its connection to housing supply needs clarification. The response is 38 words below the required minimum, limiting the space available to develop and support your argument. Extend each main point with explanation and a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a basic overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a concluding statement. The reader can follow the central contrast between building tall flats and encouraging settlement outside large cities. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from expanding buildings to moving to suburbs, then to depression and the Japan example without clearly linking each step. The sentence beginning “In which houses…” is a fragment, and the final example ends without completing its point. Linking phrases such as “To make this project happen” and “To sum up” provide some signposting, but connections between claims are often unclear or mechanical. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, then explain it and show how it supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “crowded cities,” “suburbs,” “rural area,” “facilities,” and “green spaces.” These choices help communicate your general argument, but the range is limited and several word-choice or spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to read. Examples include “vulunerable,” “shalters,” “suitibale,” and “deminish”; “vulnerable” is also not an appropriate word for describing a way to provide housing. Some phrases are imprecise or unnatural, such as “comfortable life” and “large abandoned houses.” Aim for accurate topic-specific expressions, such as “housing shortage,” “urban density,” and “public amenities,” and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would make your reasoning clearer and reduce ambiguity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentence forms, including a reason introduced by “because” and a comparison between city and rural living. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty, so the reader sometimes has to work to understand the relationships between ideas. For example, “In which houses are more large and comfortable” is not a complete sentence, while “most of people who move there are look for jobs” has problems with articles and verb structure. There are also errors in agreement and sentence boundaries, as in “which is considered” after the plural “flats,” and several sentences begin with lowercase letters after full stops. Practise building complete sentences with clear subjects and verbs, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation.
