Student answer (Band 5.0)
Population is increasing day by day.Now a days it has become a desire of everyone to get their own house. Some people feel it mandatory to have a separate house. There is an other type of people who want to choose an isolated apartment for living alone.
In past people were used to live as a goint family and having a same house for many persons. Now it has become a choice for everyone to have privacy. It has become a fashion or trend to build tall apartments in rushed areas.everybody wants to move in a city where one can get more and more facilities of life.In search of better life style and gaining the best opportunites for their career people get accommdation in large cities.
It has become a need to built tall apartments in large cities in oder to meet the public demands.
I am agree with statement in a way
1. It has become the need of the day for overpopulation in big cities.
2.it can minimize the space issues as u cant give residence to more people by raising the buildings so high.
3.It provides a better view of the city.
4.People get their own houses in a commercial areas.
I disagree with the statement in a way that most of the cities in different countries do not use the same trend of construction .Building appartments or having basements depends on the weather conditions of the area.so it is not a compulsory to always built tall appartments.
moreever we should encourage the families to not be strict about the rule of living alone.Happiness can be find by living togather.
All the large cities do not have the same infrastucture of raising buildingd too high..

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both sides of the question and state a position with “I am agree with statement in a way,” followed by a qualification that tall buildings are not suitable everywhere. The points about population pressure and saving space are relevant. However, the position remains difficult to interpret: the numbered list gives several brief reasons, while the later disagreement about weather and infrastructure is not clearly weighed against them. Some points, such as “a better view of the city” and encouraging families to live together, do not explain directly how to provide enough homes. Develop fewer reasons with specific explanation or examples, and make your overall degree of agreement clear from the introduction through to the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some organisation: the response moves from background information to reasons for agreement and then to qualifications. However, progression is not consistently clear. The numbered list interrupts the essay style, and the shift from “I am agree” to “I disagree” leaves the reader unsure how the ideas relate. Several points are placed together without explanation, while the final sentence repeats the infrastructure concern rather than providing a clear conclusion. Use distinct paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons, and counterargument, and connect each point with a sentence explaining its relevance. More precise linking and referencing would help the reader follow the argument without relying on abrupt transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “overpopulation,” “space issues,” “weather conditions,” and “infrastructure,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. Examples include “isolated apartment,” “rushed areas,” “commercial areas,” and “raising buildings too high”; these do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “opportunites,” “accommdation,” and “infrastucture” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise vocabulary for housing and urban planning, and check spelling and collocations. Choosing familiar, accurate expressions is more effective than using phrases whose meaning is uncertain.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, for example, “In search of better life style and gaining the best opportunites for their career people get accommdation in large cities.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. Examples include “I am agree,” “There is an other type of people,” and “It has become a need to built tall apartments.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in “large cities.everybody,” and the numbered points begin with inconsistent capitalisation. Practise accurate subject–verb forms, articles, infinitives, and sentence punctuation. Shorter, correctly controlled sentences will make your reasoning clearer while you develop more complex structures.
