Student answer (Band 5.5)
The digital age of has witnessed a significant shortage of home land in urban cities. It is belived by the individuals that construction of of massive skyscraper would be the good approcah to provide accomondation to people in metroplolitan cities. I compeltly agree with the above statment for which vindication would be elaborated in the upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, there are many reasons associated with in the favour of build tall bulidings. The first and formost is,it require less space to. To be more precise, when apartments would be build into verticial structure which may require less space but with more space for the people. Moreover skyscrapper would not only help to give shelter to the individuals but also can help to cover less space of the land. For instance, Robort 2.0 movie are based on the same concept of builiding tall apartmennts, therefore there would be not less shortage of home shelter for the citizens.
Another significant reasons is that it would also help to attract more business, industries in the area which may lead good economy. To explain, when less space might be coverd by the residential area there would be me more space to build new industries companies and small businesss. Additionally, which might create new job opportunities for people. For example, when there might be more job opportunities near the residential area would motivate more people to work in the their home country and would give them chance to contribute to the strong economy. As a result, people would feel comfortable to do work near by their home which may encourge them to work efficently which leads their contribution to boost the economy.
In conclusion, I agree witht the statement to constructing high raised building are the appropirate way to provide enough space to people in the large cities, as tall apartments would not only cover less space offer but also may attracte more business or industries to start to which may lead to significant growth in the economy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you completely agree that tall apartment buildings are the best way to provide homes in large cities. You give two relevant reasons—using less land and making room for businesses and jobs—and include examples. However, the first example, the film “Robort 2.0,” does not clearly demonstrate how high-rise housing solves a real urban housing shortage. The economic argument also shifts attention from providing homes, and its link to the main claim is not fully explained. To strengthen the response, develop the housing benefits with realistic evidence, such as how apartments can accommodate more households on a limited urban site, and explain why this makes tall blocks preferable to alternatives such as building outward or renovating existing homes.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a conclusion that restates your position. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Additionally, which might create new job opportunities” is not a complete link to the preceding sentence, while the long explanation about working near home repeats the idea of job opportunities without clearly advancing the housing argument. Use cohesive devices more naturally, and make each paragraph progress from a clear main point to explanation and relevant support. Clearer references between sentences would also help readers follow how each example supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “urban cities,” “residential area,” “job opportunities,” and “economy,” and you use some topic-specific terms such as “skyscraper.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand: “accomondation,” “verticial,” “approcah,” and “home shelter.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “cover less space of the land” and “attract more business, industries.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than adding complex-sounding words. Proofread spelling carefully, and choose precise expressions such as “use less land,” “provide housing,” and “attract businesses.” This would make your ideas clearer while retaining an appropriate academic tone.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “when,” “which,” and “as,” but complex structures are often faulty and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences hard to follow. For example, “when apartments would be build into verticial structure” has problems with verb form and sentence construction, while “Additionally, which might create new job opportunities” is an incomplete clause. There are also errors in agreement and articles, as in “Another significant reasons,” and in the conclusion, “I agree witht the statement to constructing.” Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause. Check subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles, and punctuation before submitting.
