Student answer (Band 5.5)
I completly agree with the statement that efficient way to accomodate homes in big cities is to built tall apartment blocks.
Nowadays most of people are migrated to cities in search of oppurtunities. In order to accomodate all of them in a limited place apartments came into picture. A large group of families accomodate in an high-rise struture where there is no limitation towards verical side of a house. Briefly, in a 1200 sft area only one individual house can be constructed where as an apartment can accomodate 2-3 families each floor. Resulting more accomodation in less space.
Also The cost of land is very high in cities. Owning an individual house is a burden for a low income family. For example, The dream of owning a home can be attained wasily by choose apartments. In order to own a home in city blocks can be little affordable. Some people want to live in a good place where there is a good connection with neighbours mainting a healthy relation with the others. In towers the connectivity with neighbours can be made easily.
I conclude, that the only way to accomodate homes in large cities is through vertical houses i.e; building apartment blocks.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear from the opening: you completely agree that tall apartment blocks are an effective way to provide homes. You give relevant reasons, including accommodating more families on limited land and making home ownership more affordable, and the example of fitting several families on one plot helps illustrate the space argument. However, the response does not fully develop these points or address the claim that this is the “best” way compared with alternatives such as building outward or improving transport to nearby areas. The neighbour-connectivity point is also asserted rather than explained. The response is 48 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop and support your ideas. Extend each main reason with clearer explanation and a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs present reasons, and a conclusion restates your position. This makes the overall argument easy to follow. You also use basic linking expressions such as “Nowadays,” “Also,” and “For example.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes abrupt. “Resulting more accomodation in less space” is a fragment, and the shift from affordability to relationships with neighbours in the second body paragraph needs a clearer connection. Some linking is mechanical, and the conclusion repeats the opening without drawing the reasons together. Use complete sentences and make the relationship between each example and its main point explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “high-rise structure,” “limited place,” “low income family,” and “vertical houses,” so the reader can understand the central ideas. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, including “completly,” “accomodate,” “oppurtunities,” and “verical.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise: “apartments came into picture,” “good connection with neighbours,” and “the only way to accomodate homes” do not express the ideas idiomatically. These issues sometimes make the reader pause, although your main meaning remains understandable. Build a more accurate range of housing and urban-planning vocabulary, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, for example, “In order to accommodate all of them in a limited place apartments came into picture.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentences contain errors in structure or grammatical patterns. “Most of people are migrated to cities” uses an incorrect construction, while “can be attained wasily by choose apartments” has faulty verb forms. “A large group of families accomodate in an high-rise struture” also has problems with the verb and article, and “Resulting more accomodation in less space” is not a complete sentence. These errors can make parts of the argument difficult to process. Practise accurate articles, verb forms, and complete sentence construction before adding more complex clauses.
