Student answer (Band 5.0)
There is no denying the fact that the best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartments blocks, while it is a commonly held beleive that the ideal way to supply homes in huge states is to construct tall flats . i consider that is a good solution but not the effective way .
To begin with building a tall apartement blocks is not useful way especially for disable people , among the population there are many signifiacnt number of people aged above of 65 years and others can't handle the challenges which he faced in the stairs of apartment especially most apartment dont had an elevator and this is a common issue for example childrens , people aged above 65 years and disabled individuals can't went up the stairs and as a result they may be harmed and injured in their feets .
Another point to consider most apartment have single laundry in the first floor and this kind of thin is noticeable of big issue and challenge especially for womens ,nowadays every wife maybe want to set up and arrange the housework in her own house for example when every apartment block had a minimal 15 households ,the laundry it become very busy and every wife can struggled when she went up and down with clothes and stand the line in laundry and in the same time she had a lot of other responsabilties such as cooked food and teach their childrens as a result she waste many times .
In conclutions , there are many answers for this question , however i tend to beleive that i m fully disagrement with this idea beacuse it can harm a different types of the society.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear general view that tall apartment blocks are not the most effective solution, and you offer two relevant concerns: access for older or disabled residents and shared laundry facilities. However, the response only partially develops the question of how best to provide enough homes. The first point focuses on buildings without lifts, rather than explaining why high-rise housing itself is an ineffective way to increase supply; the laundry example is also more about inconvenience than housing provision. Your conclusion says you “fully” disagree, while the opening calls it “a good solution,” so the extent of your position is not fully consistent. Develop the alternative you favour and explain how it could provide homes.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “To begin with,” “Another point to consider,” and “In conclusions” help signal the stages of your argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined into long sentences, and the examples do not always connect clearly to the main claim. For instance, the discussion moves from lifts to stairs and possible injuries without a clear sequence. Some linking phrases are repetitive or awkward, and the conclusion introduces “many answers” without identifying them. Use shorter, clearly focused sentences and make each paragraph develop one reason in a logical order.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “disabled individuals,” “households,” “challenges,” and “responsibilities,” and you attempt to express ideas about accessibility and shared facilities. However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the response harder to understand, such as “apartement blocks,” “beleive,” “single laundry,” and “fully disagrement.” Repetition of “apartment,” “issue,” and “especially” also limits precision. Choose more accurate topic-specific expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, describe “shared laundry facilities” rather than “single laundry,” and use “high-rise apartment buildings” consistently. More precise vocabulary would help distinguish problems with building design from objections to high-density housing itself.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to combine ideas using clauses and connectors, but the range of sentence structures is limited and complex sentences are often faulty. Errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries occur frequently, as in “every apartment block had,” “the laundry it become,” and “she waste many times.” The opening also runs several clauses together, with inconsistent capitalisation and punctuation, making the position difficult to follow. These problems sometimes require the reader to work out the intended meaning. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check subject–verb agreement and tense, and use full stops to separate complete ideas; for example, divide the long sentence about residents and stairs into two or three sentences.
