Student answer (Band 5.5)
The excellent way to provides large number of houses in the big urban cities is to developed tall resedential apartment blocks. i strongly agree with this viewpoint. Because tall apartment is constructed in small space and provided all facilities under single floor.
To begin with, provides enough homes in the major cities is to built a resedential apartments in very small area. The tall building cover very specific and small space in wide and higher in length. The tall apartments consist of many floors which gives large number of homes for individuals. For example, The silk apartment which is located in peshawar city consist of 600 flates to single, double bedrooms provides living facilities for 1000 people.
Furthermore, The tall apartments gives all healthcare, shopping and gym facilities to individuals in single floor. The community easily access to there daily life needs. For instance, in germany pass legislation that all resedencial apartment built the shops and hospitals in there basement and ground floor. As well as, this approach will protect our agriculture land through over construction and development. The country agriculture production will remain stable will people construct high building for there lives.
To sum up, i believe that the outstanding method to provides a enough houses to the people is to built tall building. Due to its covered a small amount of land as compared to seperate home for everyone citizens and the facilitated the people for their needs in short distance rather then goes to one product in one market then another place for other things.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: you strongly agree that tall apartment blocks are an effective way to provide homes. You give relevant reasons, including using less land, accommodating many residents, and placing services nearby, and the Peshawar example helps make the housing point concrete. However, some ideas are more fully addressed than others. The claim that apartments provide “all healthcare, shopping and gym facilities” is broad, and the Germany example is difficult to assess because the legislation and its effect are not explained. The point about protecting agricultural land is relevant but receives little development. To strengthen the response, explain how each example supports your argument and acknowledge a limitation or alternative to tall blocks before reaffirming your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs beginning with “To begin with” and “Furthermore,” and a concluding summary. This gives the reader an overall route through your argument, and the main points are grouped by topic. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Because tall apartment is constructed in small space” is attached as a fragment, while “As well as” does not clearly connect the agriculture point to the preceding example. The final sentence also combines several ideas, making the conclusion harder to follow. Use complete topic sentences, make the relationship between each supporting point explicit, and divide long or crowded sentences so that progression is clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to urban housing, including “residential apartment blocks,” “agriculture land,” “healthcare,” and “living facilities.” These choices show an attempt to discuss the topic beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make some phrases difficult to interpret, such as “wide and higher in length,” “600 flates to single, double bedrooms,” and “one product in one market.” Spelling is also inconsistent in forms such as “resedential,” “resedencial,” and “flates.” Build a more reliable set of topic phrases and check whether words combine naturally; for example, describe buildings as occupying a small footprint and containing a certain number of flats.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “Because” and a sentence explaining that apartments “consist of many floors.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction reduce accuracy. Examples include “The excellent way to provides,” “is to developed,” and “The tall apartments gives.” The opening “Because…” is a fragment, and the final sentence contains several clauses that do not connect grammatically. Practise accurate infinitive patterns (“a way to provide,” “is to build”), subject–verb agreement, and complete sentences. Then check each sentence for a clear subject and main verb, especially when adding examples or explanations.
