Student answer (Band 5.0)
The best way to gives a enough accomodations in large areas is to creat tallest apartments blocks. I am disagree with this statement.
To commence with, if we build a tall buildings in maximum areas in city so its took to much place and lots of people cant afford that expensive apartments. To explaborate it, thesae apartments are quite costly middle class family did not pay there rent becouse in these type of homes mostly charge rent.
For example, one study shows that make there own home to acording own facilities that homes are more convinece rather then apartments. Thus, we give to place for these buldings far then local areas like empty grounds.
Furthermore, when we go to these apartments for living thay charge many type of costs does not matter we used or not like electricity, water and onther expences. In other words, if we give them enough space of these apartments so local individuals can't found budget firandly place to build his own home. To explain it, cities are over priced more then a rural areas but in cities have more carrer oppertunities thats way many people came to cities with there family and they need to a budget firendly place for living they can't pay for these apartments. For instence, the newcome individual fine cheap accomodation or make there own home so we can't give enough place to these apartements. Hance, in large cities have large population of people they want small but cheap home not big or expensive.
In conclusion, i am disagree with this statement.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You state a clear disagreement in the opening and conclusion, and you offer relevant concerns about affordability, extra charges and the needs of people moving to cities. However, the response only partially develops the question of whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide enough homes. Several points are difficult to follow, such as the claim that tall buildings “took too much place,” and the example about building a home to suit one’s facilities is not clearly connected to housing supply. The discussion also shifts between apartment costs and building homes on empty land without explaining how these alternatives would provide enough accommodation. Develop two clear reasons, explain their effects, and use a specific, relevant example to support them.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “Furthermore,” “For example” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to organise ideas. However, the overall progression is not consistently clear: the first body paragraph moves from space to affordability, then to a study and empty grounds, while the second combines service charges, land availability, job opportunities and population growth. Some linking phrases do not show a clear relationship between the ideas, and references such as “these apartments” and “these type of homes” can be hard to track. Group related points into a clear sequence, use fewer formulaic transitions, and make each paragraph develop one main reason with an explanation and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to housing and urban life, including “apartments,” “rent,” “local areas,” “population” and “career opportunities.” However, the range is limited and many spelling, word-form and collocation errors make parts of the argument difficult to understand, for example “accomodations,” “convinece,” “budget firandly” and “newcome individual fine cheap accomodation.” Some phrases are also imprecise, such as “give to place for these buildings” and “charge many type of costs.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than inserting complex-sounding phrases. Check spelling carefully and learn useful topic collocations, such as “affordable housing,” “construction costs” and “urban population,” so your meaning is clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “if we build…” and clauses introduced by “when” and “because.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “I am disagree,” “if we build a tall buildings,” and “cities are over priced more then a rural areas.” Several sentences also run ideas together without clear grammatical links, as in the sentence beginning “To explain it, cities are…” Practise forming accurate basic clauses first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause. Pay particular attention to subject–verb agreement, articles, plurals and punctuation.
