In this morden generation, in big cities or developed countries, so many big building and tall appartments are avilable for peoples who want to rent homes, as well as for offices. I strongly agree build tall appartment is best way to manage enough homes in bigs cities, while it helps to people socialize and maintain healthy environment.

On the one hand, constructed tall building in big cities helps to people to know about different culture and maintain good relationship with neigbour. However it helps to people reduce their stress, for example some people like to live in tall buildings because they can enjoy beautiful view aof the city, sunsets, and the ocean from there. As a result people can feel stressfree, motivated and relax, while another region peiple prefer live in tall building is that they can move to a different room or apartment whenever they want , rather than buying their own houses.

On the other hand, living in tall houses helps to maintain a good socity, moreover it provides the managment of big population, for example tall appartments have so many flats in one building and so mamy people are livinng their it reduce the urban sprawl and also it helps to reduce the construction costs per apartment. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear in the introduction (“I strongly agree”) and conclusion, and you give relevant reasons, including reducing urban sprawl and construction costs while accommodating more residents. However, the response only partially develops the central claim about providing enough homes. The points about enjoying views, reducing stress, and moving between apartments do not explain as directly why tall blocks are the best solution, and some claims—such as improving access to facilities—are asserted rather than supported with a specific example. To strengthen the response, explain how higher-density housing increases the number of homes on limited urban land, then compare it briefly with alternatives such as expanding suburbs. Keep each example closely tied to your position.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader some organisation, but the progression between ideas is not consistently clear. The first body paragraph moves from relationships with neighbours to views, stress, and the ability to change apartments, without showing how these points support the housing argument. Linking phrases such as “However,” “moreover,” and “As a result” are sometimes used mechanically or do not express the relationship between the ideas accurately. Improve cohesion by grouping related reasons, using clear topic sentences, and explaining the connection between each example and the paragraph’s main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “urban sprawl,” “construction costs,” “population,” and “housing shortage,” which helps communicate the main argument. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to read, for example “morden,” “appartments,” “avilable,” and “socity.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “manage enough homes” and “maintain a good society.” Aim to use accurate collocations such as “meet housing demand,” “high-density housing,” and “reduce pressure on land.” Proofreading spelling and choosing precise expressions would make your ideas clearer and more convincing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “while,” “because,” and “for example.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction and basic grammar, sometimes making relationships between ideas unclear. For instance, “I strongly agree build tall appartment is best way” needs a grammatical clause such as “I strongly agree that building tall apartment blocks is the best way.” In “tall building … helps to people,” the verb pattern is incorrect; use “helps people.” The conclusion, “building tall apartment blocks are provide,” also has faulty agreement and verb form. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb patterns, then check each sentence for a complete, correctly formed clause.
