Student answer (Band 5.0)
Mordernisation era people leave rural area and settel in urban cities for better lifestyle and job opportunities. Governments creates atlernetive source for demanging leaving space for people. Some people believe that build a high reights in a metro politan cities is a best way to fulfill demands for leaving space. I partly agree this statement beacuse leaving in tall building has some positive as wall as negative impact.
On the one hand, people prefer to leave in a apartment because of security and peacefull environment. Apartment comeeties provide best security services. As a result, individuals don't requirement of personal security gaurd for their home. For example, people go for a vacation without any tention for their homes. Furthermore, Citizen get enogh amount of sunlights and air. For instance, During summer they don't require to switch on the fan/airconditioners. If they have good nature neighbours, they leave peacefully in the apartment.
On the other hand, people feel conjucted in a apartment. they have a limited space for leaving. In raw houses they have enough space for their stuff. Similarly, people will built onther rooms if they require in the future. if they sell their house, they will get good money as compared to apartment. In addition, individuals can build house accourding to their needs and demands. Also, people can get extra income from their spare rooms. Moreover, people who live in a raw house, they don't have fear from earthquack. for example, if earthquack accured, people can easily go in a safe place.
In my point of veiw, both reasidents have their own positive and negative impact. people have their own choice of leaving.
in conclusion, government can build tall buildings is a best way to fulfill the demands for housing.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a partly agreeing position and include relevant points about security, space, and the advantages of houses, so the response addresses the topic. However, the position is not consistently explained: the introduction says you partly agree, while the conclusion says tall buildings are the best way to meet housing demand without clarifying the qualification. Several points are asserted rather than developed, such as the claim that apartment residents get enough sunlight and air, and the earthquake comparison is not clearly connected to whether tall blocks provide enough homes. To strengthen the response, explain how each point supports your view on housing supply and develop fewer examples with clearer reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In addition” help signal relationships between ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from security to sunlight and neighbours, while the second shifts among space, resale value, extra income, and earthquakes without a clear central thread. Some linking is repetitive or mechanical, and the conclusion does not fully follow from the stated partial agreement. Group related points, use clearer topic sentences, and make the links between examples and your argument explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “security services,” “job opportunities,” “limited space,” and “extra income,” and the reader can generally identify your intended meaning. However, the range is limited and many spelling and word-choice errors make reading difficult, for example “Mordernisation,” “conjucted,” and “earthquack.” Several phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “leaving space” for housing and “raw houses” for detached or ground-level houses. These errors sometimes obscure the point being made. Build a reliable set of housing-related terms and check spelling and collocations; precise, familiar vocabulary is more effective than attempting expressions whose meaning is unclear.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some sentence variety, including a conditional example (“if they sell their house”) and cause-and-effect structures (“As a result…”). Nevertheless, errors are frequent, and attempts at longer sentences are often faulty. Examples include “Governments creates,” “I partly agree this statement,” and “people feel conjucted in a apartment,” which show problems with agreement, sentence patterns, and articles. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in “they have a limited space” after a full stop and “During summer” mid-sentence. Practise accurate basic clauses first, especially subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb forms, then add complex structures and check each sentence for a complete, grammatical pattern.
