As the question concerned to develop more shelters in large cities by constructing tall buildings in result have more space to create enough buildings for large number of people.

As high-rise building allow more people to settle as tall buildings have multiple floors with different categories which attract more and more people to settle according to thier fullfillment. As large families choose to have big apartments however small family go with small apartment. Moreover skyscrapers have greater number of apartments so more likely greater number of people live in same building that allow that people to share emotions and create unity among them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You give relevant reasons for supporting tall apartment blocks, including their capacity to house more people and the possibility of accommodating families of different sizes. You also mention drawbacks such as water shortages and parking problems. However, the response addresses the question only partially: your position is not stated clearly as an extent of agreement, and the disadvantages are not weighed against the benefits. The ideas are brief and largely unsupported, with no specific example or explanation of how these problems could be managed. The response is also 113 words below the required minimum, which leaves too little space to develop your argument. State your position directly, then explain and illustrate each main point before reaching a conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some basic organisation: the response begins with the housing issue, gives reasons in favour, and introduces a contrasting point with “On the other hand.” This helps the reader recognise a simple change in direction. However, the overall progression is limited because there is no clear introduction establishing your position, no developed sequence of supporting points, and no conclusion. Several ideas are crowded into one paragraph, and links between them are sometimes unclear—for example, the connection between apartment sizes and “unity” is not explained. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons, and counterargument, and connect each point with clear explanation rather than relying mainly on “Moreover” and “On the other hand.”

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “high-rise building,” “skyscrapers,” “apartments,” and “water shortage,” so the subject is generally clear. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, which sometimes makes the meaning harder to follow. For example, “develop more shelters” is not a natural way to describe providing urban housing, and “different categories” does not clearly explain the types of apartments. There are also spelling errors such as “thier” and “bulding.” Aim for more precise housing and planning vocabulary, and check spelling and collocations. The suggestions below offer alternatives that fit your intended meaning more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “On the other hand” and a clause beginning “as tall buildings have multiple floors.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the argument difficult to follow. The opening is a sentence fragment, while “As high-rise building allow” has an agreement error and “residential towers can may create” uses incompatible modal verbs. Other examples include “all apartments been provided with water” and “small family go,” where verb forms and agreement are not controlled. Practise building complete sentences with one clear main clause, then check subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb forms. Greater accuracy in these patterns will make your ideas easier to understand.
