In the Contemporary era the effect of big appartment in large cities to provide enough homes has become a focal point of discussion and analysis. Create a diverse large buildings is a good way to ensure the enough facilities of homes in big cities.
At first, the sky high buildings ensure that all the facilities are available for residents.
Furnished appartments must include kitchens, bed rooms, living rooms & drawing rooms. It is worthiest to offer enough homes in big sized areas. As an illustration Burj khalifa a high -rise building in UAE deliver a wide of enough home facilities.

So, it vary from one to another because of thei intrust.
I strongly recommend Rise buildings to ensure enough homes. Educated people & professionals knows the real value of these areas and they spend a lot of time in these cities.
Small towns are good but these towns have lack of facilities that a young person need.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You take a position in favour of high-rise housing, especially in “I strongly recommend Rise buildings,” and you mention that large cities offer facilities that may be lacking in small towns. However, the response only partially addresses the question: it does not clearly explain why tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide enough homes, or compare them with alternatives such as expanding suburbs or renovating existing housing. Several points, including furnished rooms and residents’ preferences, are asserted rather than developed with relevant reasoning or examples. The Burj Khalifa reference is relevant to tall buildings but does not show how they meet housing demand. The response is also 13 words below the required minimum, leaving limited space to develop its argument. Add specific, supported reasons and address the “best way” aspect directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic attempt to organise the response: it begins with an introduction, moves through points about apartment facilities and residents’ preferences, and ends with a recommendation. Some linking expressions, such as “At first,” “As an illustration,” and “So,” help signal relationships. However, the progression is difficult to follow because the paragraphs are not clearly separated and the ideas shift abruptly—for example, from furnished rooms to people from villages, then to educated professionals. “As well as” and “Because” introduce points without clear connections to the preceding argument, while “So, it vary from one to another” does not clearly identify what varies. Group related ideas into distinct paragraphs and use clear topic sentences and references so each point builds towards your conclusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt some topic-related vocabulary, including “high-rise building,” “residents,” “facilities,” and “preferences,” and these choices show awareness of the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “a wide of enough home facilities,” “unique appartments,” and “the actual worth of the area.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “appartment,” “unfamilier,” and “intrust” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, natural phrases for housing and urban planning, and check spelling carefully. Replacing vague expressions with terms such as “housing capacity” or “access to services” would make your argument clearer and more appropriate to the task.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use mostly simple sentence patterns and make some attempts at longer structures, such as “They do not want to move in big cities because they feel uncomfortable…” However, the range remains limited, and errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur frequently enough to make parts of the response difficult to read. For example, “Create a diverse large buildings is a good way” has an unclear subject and verb form, while “Educated people & professionals knows” has a subject–verb agreement error. “Because it ensure…” is also an incomplete sentence and has incorrect agreement. Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, and use conjunctions to connect ideas rather than leaving dependent clauses as separate sentences. Check punctuation and capitalisation as part of proofreading.
