Student answer (Band 4.5)

Now days , as there is population is spearding rapidly in the urban areas or people are facing the main proble is recidiency, they have no proper palce to earn or settle down in large city so, they come from one city to another city for the sake of earning to support their families so that they have to manage their lives in city,or for rapidly increasing in the population rate in city they have to bulid tall apartments , for recidiency. simiarly , they have to buil for the sake of earning or on the other hand they are earing on the large sacle . people have to do this for deserving one. now accourding to me its a good step for those who have no living standard or have no life in rular areas. In this way they can earn easily for their famils or meet their life goals what they want or want to learn.likewise on the other side it is showing dificulties in city the more ratio in one city like develope city all stay here or the ratio or traffic will increase people will face the problems or will not go where they want timley, Hence it is prove that there are so many hurdle to face this situation on my point of view govt should take step to develope the rular areas as they want it will help to slove too many problems. lastly , in the large scale they are providing the number or homes there will be no left space behind it likewise for parks , cinemas or other wise versa, or roads will block or congisted or the climate will be polluted or fog smog all of all sufer from different kind of diseases.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address the topic and give a recognisable view: you see apartment construction as helpful for people seeking work, but also argue that governments should develop rural areas. You also identify relevant drawbacks, including traffic, pollution and the loss of space for parks and roads. However, the response does not clearly answer how far you agree with building tall blocks as the best way to provide homes. Several points are difficult to interpret or remain unsupported, such as “they are earing on the large sacle” and the claim that apartments help people meet their life goals. State your position directly, then explain and support two or three relevant reasons with clear examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

There is an attempt to move from the housing problem to benefits, disadvantages and a final suggestion about rural development. This gives the reader some sense of the response’s direction. However, the ideas are presented in one long paragraph, and the progression is hard to follow because several points are joined together without clear boundaries. Connectors such as “or,” “likewise,” and “on the other hand” are repeated or do not show the relationship between ideas accurately. For example, the discussion shifts from employment to traffic and then to parks and pollution without explaining the links. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons and conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one main idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “population rate,” “traffic,” “rural areas,” “polluted” and “diseases.” These choices show an effort to discuss urban growth and its effects. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “recidiency,” “palce,” “simiarly” and “congisted.” Some phrases are also unnatural or unclear, including “for deserving one” and “on the large sacle.” Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions would help you explain housing demand, overcrowding and the consequences of high-density development.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to express connected and complex ideas, including cause-and-effect relationships with “as” and “so that,” and contrast with “on the other hand.” However, sentence structures are often incomplete or overloaded, and errors frequently make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “as there is population is spearding rapidly” combines incompatible structures, while “people are facing the main proble is recidiency” lacks a clear grammatical pattern. Agreement and verb forms are also unreliable, as in “the ratio or traffic will increase” and “it is prove.” Punctuation does not consistently separate clauses. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them accurately using one clear subordinate clause at a time.
