Student answer (Band 5.0)
In recent years it is considerable debeate over the infrastructure. It is better way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build a skyscraper It is best method to provide a high rise apartment in the form of highrise apartment . I am completly agree with this view in ths eassy I Discuss in details. One of the prime reason i strongle agree with that is in many metropolices there are sufficent places for living and less place avaliable to build a new apartments. For instance, in enormous citis populations are significantly rose and individuals want to create anew houses although there are sufficant places are avaliables in city. For example high rises apartment are best for citizens because dozens familes are living in the same apartment and its execellant for the environment . skyscrapers are benificals for the enviroments because they conatins less place and inhabitants does not cuts trees for creating a house purposes. The other reason I strongly agree that skyscrapers are best way to gives home for individuals. Firstly, high rise apartments provides several faciltes for the memeber of societies. For instance, they are the several benifiets for living in the high rise apartments such as cheaper price, free parking , and securty. For example the price af the apartments shares all the members who living in this apartment so that s why in cheapeer price its best for local residents to live in this apartment. In conclusion, skyscrapers is the best way to provide a enough homes in metropolices and I am strongly agree with this view. There are several adavanteges to live in high rise apartment such as parkng, scurity and cheaper price although its outstandig for the ecosyestem. So that why authourites must provide a high rise apartment in huge cities and its best way for living in the city

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you strongly agree that high-rise apartments can provide homes in large cities. You give relevant reasons, including accommodating many families on limited land and reducing pressure to cut trees, and you mention facilities such as parking and security. However, the response only partially develops the task. The claim that apartments are cheaper is asserted rather than explained, and the environmental point needs a clearer link to how building vertically protects green space. The opening also repeats the prompt’s idea without establishing a precise argument. To strengthen the response, explain each reason with a specific, credible example and acknowledge a limitation or alternative, such as the need for good transport and services around tall buildings.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “One of the prime reason” and “The other reason” help signal the main points, and the reader can identify your overall position. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: several examples repeat the same claim about high-rise apartments rather than extending it. Connectors such as “For instance,” “For example,” and “Firstly” are used mechanically, and some references, including “they” and “this apartment,” are not always clear. The opening is also difficult to follow because ideas are repeated. Give each paragraph one focused claim, then explain and illustrate it in a logical sequence, using linking expressions only where they clarify the relationship.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to urban housing, including “metropolices,” “high rise apartments,” “inhabitants,” “facilities,” and “environment.” This shows an effort to discuss the topic beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited and many spelling errors make the wording difficult to process, for example “sufficent,” “benificals,” “securty,” and “ecosystem” (written as “ecosyestem”). Some word combinations are also unnatural, such as “provide a high rise apartment” and “the price of the apartments shares all the members.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise phrases such as “accommodate a growing population” and “share maintenance costs” would help express your ideas clearly without relying repeatedly on “best” and “apartment.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences using clauses introduced by “because,” “although,” and “so that.” This gives you some variety, and the main position is generally understandable. However, control is inconsistent, especially in longer sentences, and errors in agreement, articles, plurals and verb forms frequently affect clarity. For example, “high rise apartments provides” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “populations are significantly rose” combines incompatible verb forms. The opening sentence also lacks a clear grammatical structure, and punctuation is often missing, creating run-on sentences. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add a subordinate clause where appropriate. Check singular and plural subjects, verb forms, and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
