Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, in this modren world everyone construct largest building in the urban areas for accomodation. The better way to offer enough homes in huge cities is to build tall apartment blocks. In this essy, I will highlights this given view and I can totaly agree with this statement because in the current senerios, growing world population this type of appartments is necessary of living space and manage some other house expance. For example, these tall building consume little space and build to much appartments for people living and when individuals live in a multistory building and this small types flats have no more expance, such as water, internet and electricity bills because everyone sharing to each other and pay to gather.
This is the best way to build homes in urban areas for high structure buildings apartments blocks. In this world some states are overpopulation and have not enough space for living perpose because all space are already constructed for living and if we build tall building we can live more space. For example, these large buildings have many houses and many people live in these buildings easily and manage remaining empty space for upcomming individuals. Moreover, these high profile building have less expances because in this building have small flats and not extra expances as compared to large houses. For instance, in this flats few workers for dusting and cleaning more then five flats and all appartment humans pay togeather and same elactricity, internet and water bill only small amount which can bear effortless.
In conclusion, tall apartment blocks are significant for large cities for live more people in a single multistory building. In this type of building no more expences and dificulties, also individuals can live in these building safely. As far as my concern, I think government should to a rule for ensure every large cities to build tall buildings.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that tall apartment blocks are an effective way to provide homes in large cities. You give relevant reasons, especially that high-rise buildings use less land and can accommodate many residents, and you add examples about shared bills and services. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because the reasons are repeated rather than developed, and some claims are unclear—for example, “we can live more space” does not explain how the remaining land would be used or why this is the best solution. The discussion also focuses on cost savings without showing how these directly ensure enough homes. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation and a specific, credible example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The ideas generally stay on the topic, and linking expressions such as “For example,” “Moreover” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression is limited because both body paragraphs repeat the same points about space, many residents and shared expenses. Some connections are difficult to follow, particularly the sentence beginning “For instance, in this flats,” where several ideas are joined together without a clear relationship. Use each paragraph to develop a distinct reason, and make references such as “these buildings” precise so readers can follow the argument without having to infer the meaning.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “urban areas,” “overpopulation,” “multistory building” and “electricity bills,” so the reader can identify the subject of your argument. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “building,” “people” and “expances.” Frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the meaning difficult to understand, as in “modren,” “accomodation,” “senerios” and “live more space.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “high profile building” and “manage remaining empty space.” Build a more accurate set of housing and urban-planning terms, and check spelling and collocations carefully; this will make your ideas clearer and more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and you use some subordinate clauses, for example “because in the current senerios…” and “when individuals live in a multistory building…”. However, the range is limited, and attempts to combine several ideas often produce faulty sentence structures. Errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur frequently: “everyone construct,” “I will highlights,” “these tall building consume,” and “government should to a rule” are examples. These errors sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to follow. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one clear subordinate clause at a time, checking subject–verb agreement and verb patterns such as “should make,” not “should to make.”
