Student answer (Band 6.0)

The plans depicts a college cafe before it was reconstructed and how it looks today.

Overall, the layout of the cafe underwent considerable changes, with several new facilities, including outdoor seating and a barbecue. However, the kitchen, tables and chairs and toilets remained at the same location.

To begin with, the kitchen located in the north-west corner of the cafe, while the serving area situated just below this.

In the centre of the cafe, the staff dinning rooms were placed. Moreover, Tables and chairs are on the southern side of the cafe. Toilets located in the south-east corner of the cafe.

At present, the kitchen and toilets have located at same place as previous one. The serving area has been converted into hot meals. On the western side, salad bar has been installed, whereas west-south corner side new barbecue has been implemented. Beside this outdoor seating facilities have been installed.
