The plan illustrate the comparison in the infrastructure of a college cafe before and after the renovation and the changes in the cafe before and now .
overall, The plan describes trhe changes made in the cafe after redesigning and inclusion of many more areas in cafe which was not present in the cafe before .
Cafe before transformation was not to sophisticated ,there were just few things which includes kitchen which has only one main ares for serving all food and drinks and if we look at the plan there were two entrances for the staff dinning rooms so there were basically two dinning rooms for staff in addition there were tables and chairs in the whole cafe in the sitting area .On one side of entrance there was a small bin area and a toilet area in the old cafe .
in comparison ,The new cafe have a lot of new areas constructed which includes the two sprate areas which serve hot meals and salad bar but the kitchen is at the same place .staff dining rooms are replaced by take away food and coffee bar area .The bin area has been increased in size but its at the same placE near the entrance same like toilets but in new plan there is a addition of new sitting area outside the caffee also includes barbecue for customers .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response covers the main features of the cafe redesign, including the kitchen, dining areas, and new facilities. However, the analysis is somewhat superficial. While you identify the key changes, the description lacks precision in spatial reporting (e.g., 'not to sophisticated' is not a feature of the plan). You successfully highlight the addition of the barbecue and the replacement of staff dining rooms, but the overview is quite basic. To reach a higher band, ensure you provide a more analytical summary of the spatial shifts rather than just listing changes, and avoid subjective commentary about the 'sophistication' of the layout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression from the 'before' to the 'after' state. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'in comparison', 'if we look at the plan'). There are also issues with punctuation and capitalization that disrupt the flow, such as the inconsistent use of commas and the random capitalization of 'placE' and 'caffee'. Paragraphing is present, but the internal cohesion within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to connect the observations more fluidly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision required for a higher band. You rely on basic descriptors like 'things' and 'areas'. There are several spelling errors ('trhe', 'sprate', 'caffee') and word choice issues ('not to sophisticated' instead of 'not very sophisticated'). While you successfully use terms like 'renovation', 'transformation', and 'infrastructure', the overall range is limited. To improve, focus on using more precise terminology related to floor plans, such as 'relocated', 'expanded', 'partitioned', or 'converted', and ensure you proofread for basic spelling accuracy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally impede readability. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('The plan illustrate', 'The new cafe have'), missing articles ('in kitchen', 'in cafe'), and incorrect preposition usage. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with spaces missing before commas and unnecessary capitalization. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement will significantly improve your score.
