Student answer (Band 6.0)

The plans illustrate the changes that have been made to a collage cafe, comparing its layout before and after the redesign.

Overall, the cafe has been significantly modernised. The main changes include the removal of the staff dininng room the addition of a coffee bar and take way food area.The kitchen and and toilet remained exact and unchanged.

Before the redesign the building kitchen occupied left side top of the building and contained service area for food and drink. The main central area consisted as dining are for tables and chairs .On the right hand side there is bin and toilet area.

in the redesign cafe the serving area has been repaced by hot meal section while staff dining rooms converted into take away food and coffee bar area .A salad bar and just bottom of that barbicue section added in new design. Bin area converted into recycle bin area.at the last but not the least outdoor seating area the big change in design added after reconstruction.
