Student answer (Band 4.5)

The given floor plan illustrates a collage cafe looks befor and after the redevelopment of the place.

In the cafe plan many changes has been initiated, like serving area converted to hot meals area and staff dining room place transform to two new counters.

first of all, a major development initiated is converting staff dinner in to two saperate serving counters as take away food and coffee bar, which helps serve only hot meals in the serving area. New design of saladbar is develop at the end of the cafe. Bin area has been turned in to a big recycling bins area, whic is almosy three size bigger than the prior bin area. Toilets remains at the same place but a new entry to the cafe has been added near to the toilet.

Next, the new expantion of outdooe seating with tables and chair is a new development of the cafe, where new barbecue is also added. There is one more door to enter the cafe is created next to the grill.

All in all, new development contains more seatings and more food option than the older one.
