The plans below show a college cafe before it was redesigned and how it looks now.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

This map compares an improvement at college cafe after redesigning.

The enlargement and the new facilities had been done. Today, the cafe's not only served in indoor area, there are plenty of space at outdoor, and it suggested as barbecue's area with seating places.

At the new design, we can find many of type serving system, there are coffe bar, take away food, salad bar, and also an barbecue's area. Besides the places get bigger, the facilities that supporting the customers are upgraded. At the old one, cafe's only serving indoor, and all the food and drink served only infront of the kitchen. However, the new design gave the experience of vary in menus, such as hot meals, coffee bar, salad bar, barbecue, and even the take away food was seperated each other. The new design also encourage us to do recycling trash based on the type of its bin.
