Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given diagrams illustrates a the developments that have taken place in a college cafe after the renovation.

It is clear that the cafe has gone under significant changes after redesigning. There are three new faetures that are introduced in the cafe.The most noticeable change is the outdoor seating arrangement.

Looking at the maps in more detail, we can see that a new outdoor sitting area, consisted of table and chairs, was arranged at the backside of the cafe. An outdoor barbecue point was introduced adjacent to the outdoor sitting area. The bin are in the main building of the cafe was redeveloped and extended into recycling are. A salad bar was constructed in the main sitting area of the cafe building.

The front side area of the cafe was redesigned by replacing staff dining rooms by takeaway food corner and coffee bar. The kitchen remained in its place unchanged. The last development was the remodelling of the serving area, that was for food and drink before,l now serve as hot meals point.
