Student answer (Band 4.5)
In this plans we see the cafe before and after. We discuss both design of cafe.
In the first digram we see the design of cafe. It is simple and old design. In the corner of the building a kitchen and serving area where all foods and drinks avaible. And the opposite corner they arrange toilets. In the middle of cafe some chairs and sitting area arrange. Staff dining arrangement also avaible.
In the secong digram cafe is more advanced because there are so many facaility arrange. Serving area converted into hot meals. And we see more sitting areas in the outdoor. In addition, School authoirty provide a barbecue area that is intresting. In the front of the kitchen they arrange salad bar.
Overall, the cafe has been modernised and remove all the staff dining areas, the introduction of take away and coffe bar. Toilet arrange in the bottom of the corner.
