Moreover, the staff dining rooms were build in the center and two rooms are attached to each other. In the east side a small recycle bin was made and little below was constructed the toilets.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You identify the broad change from the original café to the redesigned one and give an overview that some facilities remain while outdoor seating has been added. Several details are accurately reported, including the kitchen’s northern position, the former staff dining rooms, the western salad bar and the new outdoor area. However, some important changes are omitted or unclear: the former serving counter becomes a hot-meals counter, the north-side rooms are replaced by takeaway food and a coffee bar, and two doors lead to the outdoor seating. The overview also incorrectly says recycling bins were present in both plans; originally there was a single bin. Covering these changes more fully and precisely would make the summary more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, an overview, and separate descriptions of the earlier and current layouts. This gives the reader a general sense of progression, and connectors such as “Moreover” and “Furthermore” help link details. However, the sequencing within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and repeated phrases such as “we sea” and “some places are same” make the account feel mechanical. References are also unclear in places—for example, “a recently build” does not clearly identify the second plan, while “little below” leaves the location imprecise. Organise each plan by area or describe the changes directly, using clear references and fewer repetitive transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant layout vocabulary, including “north side,” “east side,” “serving area,” “staff dining rooms,” and “outdoor.” This shows an attempt to describe locations and facilities. However, the range is limited and several word choices or forms are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning harder to understand: “photoes,” “build,” “recycle bin” for the new recycling bins, and “saled bar” for salad bar. Phrases such as “places are more added” and “individuals sit easily” are also unnatural for this task. Learn accurate names for the facilities and use standard map-description expressions such as “was replaced by,” “was added,” and “is located.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including comparisons with “while” and additions with “Moreover” and “Furthermore.” The main ideas can generally be followed, but errors in verb forms, articles, agreement and sentence construction are noticeable. For example, “a recently build” and “which built nowadays” have incorrect verb forms, while “the kitchen, toilet and recycling bins are build same” has problems with agreement and sentence structure. The past and present descriptions also shift between forms such as “was build,” “is made” and “is establish.” Use past simple for the former plan and present simple for the current one, and check articles and verb forms when revising.
