Student answer (Band 6.5)

It is extensively acknowledged that in upcoming technological era theatres and cinemas will be not first preference of people. others believed that they will play vital role in entertainment through movies. Both notions are discussed in ensuing paragraphs with appropriate opinion alng with reason for my view point.

To commence, with the devlopment of technology may effect the cultural image of theaters. To explicate, it is true in this modern era every kind of movies and other source entertainment is available on smartphones and on highly protected websites so it seems that several individuals prefer to watch movies and shows on online instead of visiting theatre. For epitome, a survey was conducted by FIM Film Industry Organisation to see how many individuals visit in theatres to watch movies in 2024 and accoding to survey it shows 60% masses go in theatres 30% population visit so often. Hence growth of technology decrease the fame of theatres.

Further, the advanced techonolgy also benefited in cinemas. To elaborate, the advancement of teconology also advance the level of theatres by giving 3Das weel as 4D cinematic view which looks so realistic scene while watching. For instance, according to report of latest FiIm Film Industry Organisation reveals that when the modern view like 3D are launched in theatres then tickets of theatres sold dramatically. Thus, technology never take place of theatres due to side by side cinemas also devloped as network grow.

Agglomerating the aforementioned points can be concluded that sometimes digital advancement divert the people preferences but theaters will be always the first preference of peopel. I believe theaters never replaced by techonogly on the global level

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention the convenience of online streaming and the technological advancements in cinemas, the arguments lack depth and specific, logical elaboration. The use of statistics (e.g., '60% masses') appears fabricated and does not effectively support the argument in a way that demonstrates critical thinking. To improve, focus on providing more nuanced explanations of the economic and cultural impacts mentioned in the prompt, rather than relying on generic claims about technology.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To commence', 'To elaborate', and 'Hence', though some transitions feel mechanical or slightly unnatural. Referencing is generally clear, but there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as 'Agglomerating the aforementioned points can be concluded'. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that sentences connect more fluidly would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task, but there are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'devlopment', 'teconology', 'peopel', 'alng') and some awkward word choices (e.g., '60% masses', 'never take place of'). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'cinematic view' and 'digital advancement', the lack of precision and the recurring spelling mistakes limit your score. To reach a higher band, focus on accurate spelling and using collocations more naturally in context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles (e.g., 'in theatres'), verb forms (e.g., 'theatres will be not first preference'), and sentence construction (e.g., 'it seems that several individuals prefer to watch movies and shows on online'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. You should focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of prepositions to improve your accuracy.
