Unquestionably , technology is increasing at a massive rate . A proportion of society asserts that the theatres and cinemas are no longer significant in the digital world as people can use method for the purpose of amusement , while rest belives that the traditional ways of entertainment are important both economically and culturally . This may be due to the mode of convenience . Subsequent paragraphs will discuss both views along with my personal opinion before presenting a concise conclusion .
The most preponderant reason that the theatres and cinemas are not important in this era is due to the fact that the virtual way of entertainment is cheap . To be more precise , this way of entertainment does not squander time and money . For an instance , in cinemas the prices of tickets are very high and people have to take refreshments as well , whereas in homes they can watch these movies on applications such as Netflix and Amazon Prime and there premiums are very affordable and can have budget friendly refreshment sources for themselves .
Although there is a trend of online mass communication , the theatres and cinemas are still beneficial . To elaborate this , the taxes generated by tickets help in raising the funds of the authorities which leads to an increase in the economic growth of the country as well as the old way of entertainment bring citizens close together by sharing the nearby seats in the cinema halls which is essential for the culture growth .
In my perspective , digital watching is beneficial as it is cheap source of entertainment . As it is a convenient way because people can watch movies by either laying on the bed or by doing household chores .
By summing up the above mentioned details , even though the present time is dependent on digital sources , the importance of old traditional entertainment sources cannot be overlooked .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the economic argument regarding taxes is mentioned but not fully explained or supported with specific examples. The personal opinion is also quite brief and relies on points already made in the previous paragraph rather than introducing new depth. To reach a higher band, you should aim to expand on your arguments with more detailed reasoning or illustrative examples, ensuring that the connection between your points and the prompt is explicit throughout the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'To be more precise' and 'Although there is a trend', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical or repetitive. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the flow between the final body paragraph and the conclusion could be smoother. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, including terms like 'preponderant', 'squander', and 'amusement'. However, there are some issues with word choice and collocation that affect precision. For example, 'culture growth' should be 'cultural growth', and 'there premiums' is a spelling error for 'their premiums'. Additionally, phrases like 'mode of convenience' are slightly unnatural in this context. To improve, focus on using collocations more accurately and proofreading for common spelling errors to ensure your vocabulary is used with greater precision and naturalness.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'the theatres and cinemas are no longer significant' (missing 'that'), 'rest belives' (subject-verb agreement), and 'for an instance' (incorrect article usage). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary spaces before commas. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement, correct article usage, and refining your control over complex sentence structures will help improve your accuracy.
