Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both viewpoints and provides a personal opinion, meeting the basic requirements of the prompt. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention economic and cultural benefits, these points are not fully explored or supported with specific, convincing examples. The opinion provided in the conclusion is a bit repetitive of the first body paragraph rather than synthesizing the arguments presented. To improve, ensure that each viewpoint is supported by more detailed reasoning and that your own position is clearly articulated and justified throughout the essay rather than just stated at the end.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'While others believe...' is a sentence fragment, and the transition 'Finally, watching online is more easy...' does not effectively link to the previous argument. The logical progression between sentences is sometimes hindered by awkward phrasing, such as 'as world is going towards technology'. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would significantly enhance the flow and coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'zero travelling expanses' (should be 'expenses') and 'boost out cultural civilization'. You rely on basic vocabulary like 'good' or 'easy' and struggle with more academic terminology. To reach a higher band, focus on learning topic-specific collocations related to technology and economics, and pay closer attention to word forms and spelling to avoid errors that occasionally distract the reader.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the clarity of your writing. Issues include missing articles ('as world is going'), subject-verb agreement ('as they is no need'), and incorrect verb forms ('watching online is also help'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors prevents the text from reaching a higher band. Focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like subject-verb agreement and article usage.
