Student answer (Band 5.5)
Numerous people believe that in this digital world theatres and cinemas are not important as all the media is now present on phone. Whereas, some argue that these cinemas and theatres are needed economically and culturally. I firmly agree with both the views and below will discuss in detail.
Digital platfroms have wide variety. And a huge amount of people are the users of the social media. The lives are so busy that poeple have no time to go to cinemas or theatres to watch movies rather they watch on their phones while sitting at home. Every thing is available on internet. Moreover you can also watch latest drama, movie or any talk show with out spending single money. For example Japan are famous for digital technologies, their is no concept of cinemas and stage drama in their country. In my opinion yes this is a better option as you can enjoy all the entertainment while being at home without wasting any money.
On the other hand, some people argue. Theatres are part of our heritage. Stage performance are included as a mode of art and also tought in my universities now. However, flim making also a part of studies. Through this we are bring investment for our country and also showing our beautiful culture to other people, which is leading to expansion of one culture and growing of wealth. I also believe that our dramas and movies are famous all over the world which is a achievement moment for us.
To conclude, I strongly agree that cinemas and theatres are no longer need a personal presences, meanwhile for some people it is important. Both have its own pros and cons but in the end results great, you can access these area without money and giving money is also beneficial for economic growth and development.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides an opinion, though the position is somewhat contradictory. You state you 'firmly agree with both the views,' which is logically inconsistent as the views are presented as opposing. The development of ideas is limited; for example, the claim that Japan has 'no concept of cinemas' is factually inaccurate and lacks supporting evidence. While you touch upon economic and cultural aspects, the arguments are under-developed and rely on generalizations. To improve, ensure your opinion is clearly defined and support your arguments with more logical, accurate, and specific examples rather than sweeping statements.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between ideas is often mechanical or disjointed. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'On the other hand,' but they are sometimes used incorrectly or lead to fragmented sentences, such as 'On the other hand, some people argue. Theatres are part of our heritage.' The referencing is occasionally unclear, and the progression of ideas within paragraphs lacks a smooth logical thread. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each sentence connects naturally to the one preceding it.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for a higher score. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'a achievement moment' instead of 'an achievement' or 'a moment of achievement,' and 'without spending single money' instead of 'without spending a single penny.' You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle with collocations. To improve, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to the arts, economy, and digital media, and pay closer attention to article usage and pluralization.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but errors are frequent and occasionally impede clarity. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'their is no concept'), article usage (e.g., 'flim making also a part of studies'), and sentence fragments. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these grammatical slips prevents the writing from reaching a higher level of fluency. Focus on proofreading for basic errors like missing verbs and incorrect plural forms to improve your overall accuracy.
