Student answer (Band 5.0)
In recent years, involvement a technology and its advancement have greatly effect almost every field of either art or a science around the world. We are living in digital age where everything is accessible to everyone, anytime. Its no doubt a huge success,it does have many advantages but there are some other consequences which are also need to enlighten.
In the era of digital age, where talent no longer is captured into geographical boundaries and it's also significant medium for people to express themselves inside their comfort place for example their homes, furthermore audience after spending their hectic day no longer needs to go outside and socialized on the days when they don't want to and can get entertained at their homes laying comfortably on their coach, concluding its a mutual benefit for both categories.
Although it's no doubt really significant at some extent but due to having diverse entertainment in digital art, authenticity seems like lost into the digital world, majority of people are not aware of the cultural importance and emotions they could see and feel live in cinemas and theatres are now hide into digital age where every single line is perfectly designed and no real emotion is faded into multiple takes of perfection.cinema and theatre which used to give sensation of originality and folktale, opera which were stands pure form of art is been fading into digital age where now people preferred digital entertainment which is also contributing the downfall of theatre and cinema which is greatly effecting economically.
in recent days back one of my toddler encounter with street art performer who performing tricks and entertaining kids and my toddler didn't even know how to respond to performer, whereas back in a days i used to beg to seem them so it's important to be connect with the art and theaters because its a way that humans can experience certain emotions and feeling which a long lost into digital age.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt regarding the decline of theatres/cinemas and their continued cultural/economic importance, while also offering a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and the position lacks clear, sustained support. For instance, the discussion on digital authenticity and cultural loss is introduced in the third body paragraph but remains under-developed and disjointed. Furthermore, the second paragraph briefly mentions mutual benefits and staying at home, but these points are not sufficiently elaborated with specific examples. While the writer touches upon all aspects of the task, the lack of fully extended supporting arguments places this response firmly at Band 5.5 to 6.0. Due to the underdeveloped nature of some ideas and generalisations, it best aligns with the Band 5 descriptors where ideas are somewhat limited.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay displays some overall organization with recognizable paragraph breaks, but the flow and progression are heavily hindered by poor punctuation, run-on sentences, and inadequate cohesive devices. For example, the second sentence of the introduction ('We are living in digital age where everything is accessible to everyone, anytime. Its no doubt a huge success,it does have many advantages but there are some other consequences which are also need to enlighten.') strings clauses together without proper spacing or conjunctions. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion is weak. Referencing is frequently unclear, and cohesive devices are often inaccurate or missing entirely, leading to a choppy and difficult reading experience. This matches the Band 5 descriptor where there is some organization but no clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are inadequate or inaccurate.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student attempts a range of vocabulary appropriate to the topic, including words like 'advancement', 'authenticity', and 'performer'. However, there are frequent word choice and collocation errors throughout the text, such as 'involvement a technology and its advancement have greatly effect', 'are now hide into digital age', and 'which a long lost'. Word formation issues are also present, such as using 'effect' instead of 'affect' and 'socialized' instead of 'socialise'. While the vocabulary used is minimally adequate to convey the general topic of digital entertainment versus traditional venues, these noticeable errors cause some difficulty for the reader and restrict the lexical score to a Band 5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
Grammatically, the response struggles with basic sentence boundaries, punctuation, and structural control. The text is characterized by lengthy run-on sentences and frequent grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('consequences which are also need to enlighten') and tense inconsistencies ('opera which were stands pure form of art is been fading'). Complex sentence structures are attempted, but they are frequently faulty and obscure the meaning. Simple sentences also contain basic structural errors. Because errors are frequent, cause considerable difficulty for the reader, and the range of structures is limited by inaccuracy, this performance corresponds to Band 5.
