Student answer (Band 4.5)
In this essay, we do like to examine the contrast of digital entertainment through online devices and watch through cinema and theater. In this opinion we glad to elastrate the way of online theories via people along theaters and cinemas via people too. In this topic we literally love to argue this essential topic economically and culturally. By taking the best opinion we need to give reasons based by facts that seems best to be objected.
Overall; first we have some main features regarding thia digital age; we do love to watch mainly entertainment through online devices that includes the websites and online tools located in domains. The other thing is by mobile phones, which by my opinion we assume that it is fun to watch in it and also good and enjoyable. Because it is to easy and accesable to all and easy way to watch anything they want.Honestly it is fun based way to access anything anytime.
Alongthrough, going to cinemas and face a large screen with many other people side by side looks and feels so realastic.
Firstly, people like to watch things online and they can watch anything at any where by anytime. But with that all we can see there are many adds run over in almost every online domian and that things makes a lot distractions to the people watching the things they do like. So it is overall an waste of time to having direct access to network makes you attracted that takes most of your time.
Second thing is having a route to watch any entertainment movie by taking a long up many routes upto that place on the time that is given. Then paying cost of the ticket makes you intentionally pushed toward the movie or stuff you come to watch. Having a wide and big screen infront, make you feel too attached to all the scenes playing on the screen projector. Also Which don't even let you change the screen. You have to watch just that things playing overall. In my opinion I like to watch by my phone that is far too comfortable expect than have to knowledge everything about the time and cost regarding the one movie or all...

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both the digital entertainment view and the cultural and economic importance of theatres and cinemas, while also providing a clear personal opinion in the final paragraph. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times obscured by confusing phrasing and repetitive statements. Phrases like 'In this opinion we glad to elastrate the way of online theories' do not clearly convey well-supported arguments. While the writer attempts to weigh the convenience of online streaming against the immersive, distraction-free environment of the cinema, the lack of fully elaborated examples and the informal, conversational tone prevent the response from achieving a higher band. Overall, the task is addressed partially, aligning with Band 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay lacks clear logical progression and effective paragraphing. The introduction is overly conversational and repetitive, utilizing awkward meta-language ('In this essay, we do like to examine...'). Paragraph breaks are used, but the internal structure of the paragraphs is weak, with abrupt transitions such as 'Alongthrough, going to cinemas...' and 'Second thing is having a route...'. Cohesive devices are either misused or absent, and referencing is frequently unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of arguments. Although there is some overall organization attempting to pit the two views against each other, the mechanical errors in cohesion place this response firmly at Band 4.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
Vocabulary usage is basic, repetitive, and heavily influenced by spoken, informal English. The student relies on simple words like 'fun', 'big', 'watch', and 'good', alongside numerous word-choice and collocation errors (e.g., 'online theories' instead of online platforms, 'elastic' or 'elastrate' instead of illustrate, 'adds' instead of ads, and 'domian' instead of domain). There are also frequent spelling errors. While the vocabulary is sufficient to convey a very basic gist of the writer's preference, the numerous lexical inaccuracies and limited range restrict the score to Band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The grammatical range is very limited, consisting mostly of simple and attempted complex sentences that are frequently faulty and obscure meaning. Examples such as 'Because it is to easy and accesable to all and easy way to watch anything they want' and 'making you intentionally pushed toward the movie' demonstrate severe structural issues and poor control over basic verb forms, prepositions, and word order. Punctuation is also problematic, including misused semicolons and run-on sentences. Due to the high frequency of grammatical errors that regularly strain and impede comprehension, this performance corresponds to Band 4.0.
