I believe that mobile phones are replacing everything including calender, diary, calculator, and computer. Nowadays people prioritize mobile phone because of its accessibility. The mobile phones have more apps to entertain the users regardless of indoor or outdoor. Cricket and Football also can play through an android phone with the same rules and feelings without needing a physical space. Watching movies also become easier than before in the revolution of digital era. There are various online platforms are especially designed for watching movies. For instance netflix has the huge number of subcribers. It releases the new films once they released at theatre that encourage the people to see a new movie without spending money.

These online platforms allow the users to save and watch later, skip and view and pause and play. Some people don't like to watch a movie with others in a crowded place. So, digital devices could help them to enjoy a favorite film in a private space. When hangout with friends with a mobile or a computer can be entertained by a movie as soon as they want.

Eventhough digital space provides wider range of entertainments everyone has a story that is created in threares in individuals' life. It could be a beginning of a love story, or enjoying a family outing to the cinema. The threatres are preferable for its unique feelings of visual presentation of large screen, high volume speakers that have the detailed voice delivery. Additionally it feels like reality of scenes.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

It is important to note that the response contains 249 words, which falls slightly short of the minimum 250-word requirement. Regarding the content, the response addresses the task only partially. While it touches upon the arguments concerning online entertainment and mentions personal experiences regarding theatres, the position is not always clearly articulated throughout the essay. Ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed, such as the brief mention of economic and cultural aspects which are barely touched upon. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to ensure the word count requirement is fully met, extend and develop both views more thoroughly, and present a much clearer, more consistent personal stance throughout the entire response.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is some basic organisation with identifiable paragraph breaks, but the overall progression lacks clarity and logical flow. Cohesive devices are frequently inadequate, inaccurate, or repetitive, which hinders smooth reading. For instance, transitions between the discussion of digital devices, online platforms, and the final paragraph about traditional theatres feel abrupt. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as how ideas connect across sentences within the body paragraphs. To improve coherence and cohesion, the writer should use a wider variety of appropriate cohesive devices and ensure that each paragraph builds logically upon the previous one with a clear overall structure.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate for conveying basic ideas about technology and entertainment. There are noticeable errors in word choice, spelling, and word form, such as 'calender' instead of calendar, 'subcribers' instead of subscribers, and 'threares' instead of theatres. The student attempts some less common vocabulary like 'accessibility' and 'platforms', but inaccurate collocations and spelling mistakes occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical range, demonstrate more precise word choices, and improve spelling and control over word forms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response displays a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences and basic sentence patterns. Attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty, such as in the phrase 'When hangout with friends with a mobile or a computer can be entertained by a movie as soon as they want.' There are frequent errors in grammar, articles, plurals, and prepositions, including 'Watching movies also become easier', 'netflix has the huge number', and 'once they released at theatre'. These frequent errors can cause difficulty for the reader. To move up, the writer needs to demonstrate a greater variety of grammatical structures and significantly reduce the frequency of basic grammatical errors.
