Student answer (Band 4.5)
Although online entertainment has made watching films more convenient, I believe that theatres and cinemas remain important because they contribute to the economy and provide unique social and cultural experiences.
In the digital age, love the entertainment online shows but the genz love to first watch in the cinema in the big screen its the important for us.because its give us cringe on movie and the all the our people see it together and enjoy to see the first movie on treatres. moreover when wee go to watching films on cinema we are every excited to see our Favourite hero on the screen and its look like very increasingly being good for us and the threatres and cinema is the significant for our life its give us cringe and give us to watch the movie on big screen.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response addresses the task only minimally and tangentially, which is characteristic of a lower band performance. While you manage to touch upon both views regarding online entertainment versus traditional theatres and cinemas, your ideas are limited and lack proper extension or support. For instance, statements such as "its give us cringe on movie and the all the our people see it together" do not sufficiently develop a coherent argument regarding the economic or cultural importance of cinemas. Your personal opinion is stated briefly at the end, but the overall development remains fragmented and difficult to follow. To move up, you must ensure that each view is discussed with clear, well-supported arguments and relevant examples rather than relying on repetitive, vague assertions.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The information and ideas are not arranged in a coherent manner throughout the essay. Although you attempt to use paragraphing, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by confusing transitions and run-on sentences. For example, the second paragraph bundles multiple unrelated thoughts together without clear signposting or logical connection, making the overall arrangement difficult to follow. Cohesive devices are either missing, inadequate, or repetitive, such as the excessive use of words like "moreover" and "furthermore" without proper grammatical integration. To improve cohesion, you need to structure your writing into distinct paragraphs with clear topic sentences and ensure that each idea flows naturally into the next using accurate and appropriate linking words.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
Your vocabulary is quite basic and repetitive, utilizing everyday terms that often strain the reader's understanding. There are frequent lexical errors involving word choice, collocation, and word form, such as "treatres" instead of theatres, "forst movie" instead of first movie, and "waste off money". These noticeable errors and misspellings can cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect a limited lexical range suitable for this level. To achieve a higher band score, you need to broaden your vocabulary by incorporating less common lexical items accurately, paying close attention to correct spelling, word forms, and natural collocations related to the topic of entertainment and culture.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The grammatical range is very limited, consisting mostly of faulty attempts at complex sentences. Errors are frequent throughout the text and often distort the intended meaning, requiring the reader to guess your points. Issues are apparent in verb forms, tense consistency, subject-verb agreement, and article usage, such as in "the old ages people do not love the treatres" and "the i eye is going fee down to seening it." Punctuation is also poorly managed, leading to long, run-on sentences with minimal separation of clauses. To progress, you must work on mastering basic sentence structures, ensuring accurate subject-verb agreement, and reducing frequent grammatical errors that impede communication.
