Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent years, there has been a grwing debate about whether cinema has no more importance as people can watch all entertainment online. Others believe cinema and theaters are still important for culture and country econmey. In my view online content cannot replace physical entertainment.
On the one hand, people can easily watch a any entertainment content in their mobile phones, television, and computer with using of internet. People easily acquire a their require content from different source such as, netflix and other websites. And they are not prefer go to cinemanand enjoy movies at home. For example a person who has install wifi in her house early he spend a to much money on watching a movies in cinema, now he easily watch entaintmemt at home with help of internet acess.
On the other hand, cinema are bery important for culture and fun, in home we will not create a envirnment like cinema, in cinema a large number of people arrive here for entertainment, and do some fun activities which will never be created in home. For instance, a person want a true entertainment he shouldnprefer to go conmea and theaters. Furthermore, cinema is also necessary for eceonmey, because a create large number of business in cinema and boost tourism. which is helpful for country gdp.
In conclusion, cinema is mecessay for culture and ecoey while content im internet can not create a good envirnment

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a clear opinion in the introduction (“online content cannot replace physical entertainment”), then restate your position in the conclusion. The points about convenience and the shared cinema experience are relevant, and you also mention employment, tourism and GDP. However, these ideas are only briefly explained: the example about watching films at home is difficult to follow, while the economic and cultural claims need clearer supporting detail. The discussion therefore covers the task, but not all parts are developed equally. The response is also 14 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Add a specific example and develop the economic argument before concluding.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the contrast, so the reader can follow the main direction. However, progression within paragraphs is less secure. The first supporting example is hard to interpret, and the sentence beginning “Furthermore” is followed by “which is helpful for country gdp,” an incomplete and awkwardly connected point. Some links, such as repeated use of “and,” feel mechanical, and references such as “here” are not always clear. To improve, organise each body paragraph around one main claim, explain it, and then give a clearly connected example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “entertainment,” “culture,” “tourism” and “GDP,” and you attempt to discuss both online viewing and cinema’s wider value. However, the range is limited and several spelling errors or inaccurate word choices make parts difficult to understand, such as “grwing,” “econmey,” “entaintmemt” and “mecessary.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “acquire a their require content” and “create a environment.” These issues fit a limited but minimally adequate range: the intended topic is usually recognisable, but the reader must sometimes work to interpret the wording. Build accuracy with common collocations and check spelling carefully; for example, use “access content” and “create an atmosphere.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a reason introduced by “because” and a relative clause in “which is helpful for country gdp.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentence patterns are faulty. Examples include “people can easily watch a any entertainment content,” “he spend a to much money,” and “cinema are bery important,” where articles, verb forms and subject–verb agreement are not controlled. The final “which” clause is also not a complete sentence. These errors sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow, particularly in the home-viewing example. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add complex clauses; check articles, singular/plural agreement and verb forms in each sentence.
