Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the digital age, some people say that theatres and cinemas are no longer important as viewers can have access to all the entertainment sources they want through online mode whereas other have opposite view that yet these are important both economically and culturally. Fouthermore, both groups view would be discuss.
To begin with, in current time facilities such as internet, free entertainment web sites, as well as streaming applications have eased the access to viewer's choice entertainment through online mode. Moreover, it also provide satisfaction to the customers through services such as anytime-anywhere streaming, 24x7 availability, free of cost or low cost monthly/yearly subscription with heavy discount offers.
Further discussing other's group view, they argue that acts played by theatres sustains peoples' tradition. As, they play acts that demonstrate specific history aprreciated by pople since a long time. For example, 'Rome & Juliet' act played in the west is yet more appreciated when played on stage than online streaming or screening. Additionally, Cinemas give customer satsification through scrrening films on massive display screen, quality acoustics with the help of wall covered through such a material that do not let the sound bypass through it and facilities like 3D glasses. It also creates employment opportunities for job seekers. Resulting in an advantive portion of economy.
In my opinion, theatres and cinemas are no longer important as individuals can watch all the entertainment they want through online mode that too with user specified customization such as while travelling or at home, to watch among a group or solely watch it.
To summarize it, economically and culturally importance of cinemas and theatres have declined and more individuals like to watch all the entertainment they want online.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and state a clear preference for online entertainment in the opinion paragraph and conclusion. The discussion includes relevant points: online access is convenient and relatively inexpensive, while live theatre can preserve traditions and cinemas offer a distinctive viewing experience and employment. However, the two sides are not developed evenly. The case for online entertainment is mostly a list of benefits, and the economic and cultural importance of theatres and cinemas is asserted rather than explained in depth. The example of Romeo and Juliet supports the cultural point, but the economic claim would benefit from a specific explanation of how venues contribute to local economies. Develop each main idea with a reason and a concrete example, and make the comparison behind your final position more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate discussion of the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. Paragraphing helps the reader identify the main stages of the argument, and signposts such as “To begin with” and “In my opinion” make the direction clear. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes list-like, particularly in the online-entertainment paragraph, where several benefits are added without showing how they connect. Some linking is awkward or unclear: “Further discussing other's group view” and “Resulting in an advantive portion of economy” interrupt the flow, while the conclusion largely repeats the opinion paragraph. Use simpler, more precise transitions and build each paragraph around one central point, explaining its connection to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “streaming applications,” “subscription,” “tradition,” “employment opportunities,” and “massive display screen.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited by repeated wording such as “online mode,” “entertainment,” and “important.” Several inaccurate or unnatural choices make parts harder to understand, including “customer satsification,” “advantive portion of economy,” and “acts played by theatres sustains peoples' tradition.” There are also spelling errors such as “Fouthermore,” “aprreciated,” and “scrrening.” Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; for example, describe venues as “contributing to the economy” rather than using an unclear phrase. More precise vocabulary would make your comparisons clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a contrast in the opening sentence and a sentence beginning “Moreover.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “other have opposite view” has problems with agreement and articles, while “it also provide satisfaction” does not match the singular subject. In “acts played by theatres sustains,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “As, they play acts” is an incomplete, incorrectly punctuated construction. The final sentence also has an unclear structure: “to watch among a group or solely watch it.” Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete clauses, then proofread punctuation and sentence boundaries.
