Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You address both views: online viewing is presented as convenient for busy people and introverts, while cinemas are linked to economic benefits and the large-screen experience. However, the discussion is only partial. The economic point is briefly asserted (“it enhance the importance economically for country”) without explaining the wider benefit, and the cultural importance named in the prompt is not really developed. Your own opinion is also unclear: the conclusion repeats the view that cinemas are unnecessary, but does not clearly weigh this against the opposing arguments. The response is 14 words below the required minimum, which further limits the opportunity to explain and support ideas. Develop each side with a specific example and state your position directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some basic organisation: the opening introduces the two views, the middle paragraphs discuss online entertainment and cinemas, and a concluding sentence is included. However, progression is difficult to follow because the paragraphs do not consistently develop one central point, and the conclusion does not bring both sides together. Linking is limited and sometimes mechanical, as in “moreover” and “secondly”; the relationship between the large-screen point and the economic argument is not made clear. Some ideas also run together, particularly in the paragraph beginning “Other individuals believe”. Use a clearer structure—one paragraph for each view, followed by a conclusion—and connect each supporting example explicitly to its main idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “digital age”, “social media”, “big screen”, “tickets” and “economically”. This is enough to communicate the general subject, but the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or repetitive, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. For example, “essential as economically and traditionally” does not express the intended benefits naturally, and “watch it in online” is an awkward phrase. Spelling errors such as “modren”, “necessory”, “convinent” and “audiance” are noticeable. Build a more precise range for discussing cultural value and economic impact, and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a reason clause in “because of work people prefer to watch it online” and a contrast introduced by “although”. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in agreement, articles, sentence boundaries and punctuation occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. Examples include “others believes”, “all individual have”, “they thinks” and “it enhance”. The opening sentence also joins contrasting ideas without clear punctuation, while several sentences lack capital letters or full stops. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and build longer sentences from clearly separated clauses; then proofread for sentence boundaries and punctuation.
