Student answer (Band 4.5)
It illustrate that the upcoming era of age, theatres and cinemas were not in use as people will watch all the content online.
In my opinion, i think theatres and cinemas were getting less in visiting and watching. Because in this upcoming future people will use to watch all the moives and series online rather than go and watch in hall. It is more convienient and easy to access. While going the big screens and stand in long queue to watch any entertainment.
However, many people will still choose to go and watch their, because they think that paying money ot OTT platforms is not benificer than giving money to cinema halls. Now a days many of the movie release was on the OTT platforms as people will not going to any big screen hall as compare to past. As people do not have time to go and watch, so they can manage while traveling and free times so that they do not get all 2-3 hours on one go. They can play pause stream and this is more relaible i guess.
In contrast, upcoming genration they use to watch at their own convient rather than to watch a whole 2-3 hours of streaming. Also we can manage time to watch suitable series of our own choose. People are getting busy day by day so they do not have enough time. So it is not important to go to an theatres or cinemas to entertain itself.
To conclued that, In future theatres and cinemas were seen but only for some ocassion or for some meetings. That is not true that theatre and cinema were no longer people will use.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the topic of online viewing and cinemas, and it gives a general preference for watching at home. It also offers relevant reasons, such as convenience, busy schedules and the ability to pause a stream. However, the task asks you to discuss both views, including the economic and cultural importance of theatres and cinemas. These aspects are barely addressed: the point about paying for OTT platforms is unclear and does not explain the venues’ wider value. Your position also shifts, as you first suggest cinemas are becoming less important, then conclude they will remain for occasions or meetings. Develop each side with specific reasons and examples, and state a consistent opinion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a conclusion, and transitions such as “However” and “In contrast” signal changes in direction. Nevertheless, the progression is difficult to follow because several paragraphs repeat the idea that people are busy and prefer online viewing, while the opposing view is not clearly developed. Some links do not show a clear contrast or logical relationship, and the conclusion introduces “meetings” without preparing this idea earlier. Build a clearer sequence: explain the case for online entertainment, then the economic and cultural case for venues, and finish by summarising your position. Use linking phrases only where the relationship between ideas is clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “OTT platforms,” “big screens,” “streaming” and “convenient,” so the reader can identify the subject and your main points. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate spellings or word choices make parts harder to understand, such as “benificer,” “relaible,” “ocassion” and “own choose.” Phrases such as “upcoming era of age” and “getting less in visiting” are also unnatural. Aim for precise, familiar expressions before trying more ambitious wording: for example, describe cinema attendance as “declining” and say that viewers can watch “at a time that suits them.” Check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts some longer structures, including “As people do not have time to go and watch, so they can manage while traveling,” but sentence construction is often faulty, and simple sentences also contain frequent errors. Examples include “It illustrate,” “theatres and cinemas were not in use,” and “people will use to watch,” where agreement, tense or verb patterns are incorrect. Several sentence fragments or poorly joined clauses, such as “Because in this upcoming future…” and “While going the big screens…,” interrupt the flow. Use straightforward, complete sentences and practise consistent present or future forms. For instance: “People can watch films online while travelling, so they do not need to set aside two or three hours for a cinema visit.”
