In digital age people can easily watch films and online many of theme not prefer not to go to cinemas the reason behind them is the new ott platforms like Netflix, Prime video and Apple tv etc.
People who use to go to cinemas they use to buy ticket worth approximately 5 dollars but now they can watch thousand of shows with same price at home. its not only about prices the major impact of this shift is that cinemas thats not geving that much worthly entertainment. So many producers shifts there projects to ott.
This shift is also an plus point the it is an easy way to watch enterainment it is now easily acess on phones tv screens so people can watch any films or live programs anywhere at any time. People who love to watch tv programs or fims from differnet countries they can easily view at ott platforms live Netflix, Mtv Apple tv and many more.
Cinemas should maintain there prestige viewing exprience by adding more content froms different part of world cinemas are also really benifitcal for economies of country. People who know the actual value of cinema will always love to go and watch movies over there. Cinemas provides the grand theater expeience. with bigger screens and confirtable seating expeience. Also great sound quality with high quality screens.
Theters supports film makers governments which gives them motivation to make more great films while can't provide them that much appreciationm. Acknowledgement is really important for film makers. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both sides by explaining the convenience and lower cost of online platforms, then describing cinemas’ viewing experience and economic and cultural value. Your opinion is present in the conclusion: you see streaming as suitable for television programmes and dramas while cinemas should continue to support films. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The online argument is repeated in terms of access and price, while the economic and cultural claims about cinemas are asserted rather than supported with a specific example or explanation. The position also becomes clearer only near the end. To strengthen the response, explain how cinemas benefit local economies or filmmakers, and make your view explicit in the introduction as well as the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure: it introduces online viewing, develops its advantages, and then turns to cinemas and your opinion. This gives the reader some organisation, but the progression between ideas is not always clear. For example, “This shift is also an plus point” follows a paragraph about cinemas losing value, without clearly signalling that you are now presenting the opposing view. Several points are also joined in long, loosely connected sentences, and “also” is used repeatedly. Use clearer topic sentences to identify each viewpoint, and connect claims to explanations with linking phrases such as “As a result” or “In contrast.” Ensure each paragraph develops one main point before moving on.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “OTT platforms,” “producers,” “viewing experience,” “film makers,” and “economy,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and some expressions are imprecise or repeated, such as “great films,” “great change,” and “watch.” There are also frequent spelling and word-form errors, including “enterainment,” “acess,” “benifitcal,” and “Theters,” which make the writing less clear and polished. Some phrases, such as “maintain their prestige viewing experience,” do not express the intended idea naturally. Build a more precise vocabulary for discussing cultural impact, audience experience, and economic benefits, and proofread spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer structures, including “People who love to watch TV programs or films from different countries they can easily view…” and “Theaters support filmmakers…,” but sentence patterns are often incomplete or inaccurately formed. Errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and punctuation occur throughout: for example, “In digital age,” “cinemas provides,” and “People who use to go… they use to buy.” Several sentences run together, as in the opening, making relationships between clauses difficult to follow. Most structures are simple, and attempts to combine ideas do not yet show reliable control. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check articles, singular/plural agreement, and sentence boundaries during editing.
