Student answer (Band 5.5)
Presently, social media has spread on large scale everything available online without any effort. Few people think that theatres and cinemas are not necessory because which entertainment provide there now accessible online and some argue no they are important because they contribute in country finances also essential to prevent our traditions.
To begin with, the shift toward internet sources now go on peak like every person have mobile phones in hands with internet connectivity and all type of content which they want to view just few clicks away thats why their concentration move on online application. On the same time it have some bad effects on mental and physical situation due to long screen timing and less outdoor activities. I would argue that, they spend some time outside from homes and from their devices and go with older family members like parents to theatres and cinemas where experience our culture closely and interact with unknown people.
Secondly, theatres play major role in preserving our old culture like live performances on stage where different type of plays done by actors and they show onlike aspacts about country traditions. Similarly cinemas are also important due to its significant contribution in country economy in the form of money which generate from sources like food stales, movies revinews and employeement oppertunities.
In conclution, both arguments have value on there place like everything available on internet without any extra effort. But peolpe want to explore theatres and cinemas to know there old culture and make part in economy so make balance in both things.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and give a position: online access is convenient, while you favour retaining theatres and cinemas for cultural and economic reasons. The points about screen time and live performances are relevant, and the conclusion restates the need to balance both options. However, the two sides are not developed equally. The case for online entertainment is mainly that content is easy to access, while the economic contribution is asserted through examples such as food stalls, film revenue and employment without explaining their wider significance. Your own view is present, but could be stated more directly and supported with a specific example. Developing these points more fully would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “To begin with” and “Secondly”, and a conclusion. This makes the main stages easy to identify. Some connections between ideas, however, are abrupt or unclear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from online convenience to screen-related effects and then to visiting theatres with older relatives, without fully explaining how these points connect. The conclusion’s phrase “both arguments have value on there place” is also difficult to follow. Use linking expressions to show cause, contrast and consequence, and make references such as “they” and “both things” more precise. This would strengthen progression and cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “internet sources”, “live performances”, “country economy” and “employment opportunities”, so the reader can identify your main ideas. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. Examples include “spread on large scale everything available online”, “concentration move on online application” and “make part in economy”. There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “necessory”, “revinews” and “oppertunities”. Aim to learn common topic collocations and check spelling carefully; more precise expressions would help you explain cultural and economic benefits without relying on broad or awkward wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “On the same time” and a relative clause in “where different type of plays done by actors”. However, control is uneven, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. For instance, “the shift toward internet sources now go on peak” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “every person have mobile phones” also needs agreement. In “plays done by actors”, the verb is missing. Practise building accurate complex sentences, especially with subordinate clauses, and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb. More reliable control would make your ideas easier to follow.
