Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the era of digital technology, People take less interest watching theatres or watching movies in cinemas regulary, but it has not closed completely. Now a days majority individuals prefare to watch both theatres and cinemas and it is impotant to boost country economy and media industry and provide cultural history through live theatres.
Although,i believe watching movies or attending theatres has a great impact on bosting country economy, through the ticket both industries generate major revenue. On the other hand watching alone at home some time make sense as compare with watching movies in cinemas with family and friends which have great impact on our mental health.while watching live comedy show on theatres they provide good sense of hummer, you can enjoy spending time with family and friends lough with them or discuss story line on the spot.
It is undeniable digital media brought major changes in both industries. It has cut them their revenue in some aspects but not fully. There is many applications like amazon, netflix, hbo or web sities that provide vast range of movies, shows for any group of ages because it gives easy access on daily basis to watch any show or any time while, went to watch movie or shows in cinema/ theatres individual should chose show time and pay for the ticket.I think still prople chose both things for daily routine that purchase monthly subcription of applications and for outing with family or friends they chose to watch movie in cinema's on a big screen or live theatres.
In conclusion, while digital age might cause some nagetive impact, but watching in cinemas and theathres provide great effect on individuals as well as country economy and culture. It has massive effect on people well being by spending time with family or with friends.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both perspectives: online services offer convenient access to a wide range of films, while cinemas and live theatre can support the economy and provide shared cultural experiences. Your own view is also apparent in the conclusion, where you argue that these venues remain valuable. However, the discussion is uneven and some points are not fully explained. For example, the economic contribution is asserted through ticket revenue but not illustrated or developed, and the cultural importance of theatre is mentioned without a specific example. The opening also says people prefer both options, rather than clearly setting out the two contrasting views. State your position directly and extend each main reason with a clear explanation or relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, discussion paragraphs and a conclusion, and it moves from the benefits of venues to the convenience of digital media. Some linking expressions, such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion,” help signal the direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the second paragraph shifts from revenue to watching at home and then to comedy shows without clearly connecting these points. Several sentences are also joined into long, crowded sequences, and transitions such as “Although” and “while” do not always introduce a complete, clearly related contrast. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, use clearer sentence boundaries, and make references such as “both things” more precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “digital media,” “revenue,” “applications,” “subscription,” and “big screen,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts to express more specific concepts, such as the effect on “mental health” and the role of venues in the “country economy.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts of the response harder to understand, including “sense of hummer,” “lough,” “nagetive impact,” and “prople.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “watching theatres” and “boosting country economy.” Build a more accurate set of collocations for this topic, and check spelling and word forms carefully so your intended meaning is consistently clear.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “Although” and a sentence beginning “while watching live comedy show.” This shows an effort to connect ideas rather than relying only on short statements. However, complex sentences are often faulty or incomplete, and frequent errors in agreement, articles, verb forms and punctuation can make the reader pause. For example, “There is many applications” has an agreement error, while “individual should chose show time” lacks consistent number and has an incorrect verb form. Sentence boundaries are also unclear in places, as in “...mental health.while watching...” Practise building complete sentences with one main clause and a correctly attached subordinate clause, then check agreement, articles and punctuation.
