Student answer (Band 5.0)
The majority of people consider that in the digital age, theatre and cinema has no longer crucial important as people can watch all the entertainment they want online. While other disagree with that concept. In my opinion, people prefer to watch online entertainment online.
The most major crucial reason why majority of people prefer to watch entertainment online . Due to the fact that the online watching is much convenient and affordable because in modern era everyone had its own cell phone and watch entertainment content while sitting at home. on social media platforms like Facebook,YouTube, TikTok and YouTube. While,In online watching they can watch entertainment content according to their taste and they can watch any time.
Secondly, In theaters and cinema's people can't watch entertainment content at any time due to the fact that in theaters people books their seats and that's why it's cost too much expensive and also spend some amount too reach the particular place of theatre. The other fact is that theatre and cinema had some qualities like people can watch movie on a big screen in a special infrastructure.
In sum up, The online watching is more convenient and less expensive as compare to theater and cinema. But cinema had better infrastructure and well managed for watching movies and entertainment content.
In Conclusion, I will prefered that online watching is more popular in majority of people due to fact that it is more safe and convenient and safe as compares to theatres and also watch entertainment with their own taste.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a clear preference for online entertainment, and you mention relevant advantages such as convenience, affordability and choice. You also acknowledge a benefit of cinemas: the large screen and purpose-built setting. However, the task asks you to discuss both views, including the economic and cultural importance of theatres and cinemas, and these aspects are not really developed. The opposing view is therefore only briefly represented, while most support for your position repeats similar points. Your response is also 6 words below the 250-word minimum; the 11 words copied from the task prompt are not counted. To strengthen the response, explain how cinemas contribute economically or culturally and support each main point with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Secondly” and “In Conclusion” help signal movement between points. However, progression is limited because the first body paragraph repeats the preference for online viewing, and the discussion does not clearly develop both sides of the question. Some linking is awkward or inaccurate, as in “While, In online watching,” and “In sum up” is followed by a further conclusion that repeats the same position. Improve cohesion by giving each paragraph one clear purpose, using transitions that express the actual relationship between ideas, and avoiding repeated summaries.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “online entertainment,” “social media platforms,” “seats,” and “big screen,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repetitive or imprecise. “The most major crucial reason” combines overlapping words, while “cost too much expensive” and “special infrastructure” do not express the ideas naturally. Repeated use of “entertainment content” also makes the writing less precise. Aim for more accurate collocations and a wider range of terms for the two sides of the debate, such as cinema attendance, cultural experiences and employment. Check word forms and spelling as well as meaning when revising.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, for example, “because in modern era everyone had its own cell phone.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. Subject–verb agreement is inconsistent in “theatre and cinema has,” and verb forms are inaccurate in “everyone had” and “I will prefered.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also problematic: “The most major crucial reason…” is left as a fragment, and several sentences begin with lowercase letters or contain misplaced commas. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, tense, articles and punctuation during editing.
