Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few people argues that in the modern era, entertainment houses like movie house are less benefical now because individuals can watch all the movies and dramas of their interest on internet. Others say that entertainment houses are still play crucial role as an economic and cultural contributors. I am partially agree with both views.
On the one hand, However nowadays many of the movies and other type of entertainment are available on internet and anyone can have the access to this data freely. But it does'nt mean that picture house are become less important. In todays modern world people don't have much time to sped on watching complete videos at the moderate speed. Most of the population watch dramas and movies on either at 1.5x or at 2x speed. In this way they watch whole story in a short time. This helps them to consume their leisure time effectively and also provide them with the opportunity to do other activities as well. For instance, in pakistan most of the youngsters preffered to watch different amusement videos online instead of wasting time and money on movie houses. Therefore, in this regard you can say that cinemas are considered to be less necessary.
On the other hand, Although you can find all kind of entertainment online but theatures are also play essential role in income generation and strenghthens the country economy and also preserve cultural heritage. Many persons visit picture houses to experience real joy of watching in a specialized seating. Many others linked it with their cultural identity.
In conclusion, i would say that individuals have the free will to watch online but this does'nt mean that movie houses are unnecessary because they also have their distinct position. State should be responsible for their conservation.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and give a position: “I am partially agree with both views,” while the conclusion says cinemas retain a “distinct position.” The online-entertainment side is supported with the point that viewers can watch at faster speeds and save time, and the Pakistan example makes this relevant. However, the discussion is uneven: the economic and cultural importance of theatres is asserted rather than explained, and the claim that they generate income is not supported with an example or detail. Your opinion is also not fully clear, since the conclusion favours preserving cinemas but does not explain how this balances your earlier agreement. Develop each side with specific reasons and make your final position consistent and explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the discussion, and the example about Pakistani youngsters follows the point about online viewing. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or faulty: “However” follows “On the one hand” awkwardly, and “Although” begins the second body paragraph without a clear main clause. Some links between ideas are abrupt, particularly the move from faster viewing to cinemas being less necessary. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the claim it supports. More precise referencing would also help readers follow what “this” and “they” refer to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “cultural identity,” “income generation,” “leisure time” and “conservation.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both the social and economic dimensions of the issue. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, which limits precision: “entertainment houses,” “picture house” and “movie houses” are used where “cinemas” or “theatres” would be more natural, while “strengthens the country economy” is not idiomatic. There are also spelling and word-form errors such as “benefical,” “preffered” and “strenghthens.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling, rather than varying terms when the alternatives are uncertain.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “although” and “that.” The overall meaning is generally understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction occur across the response. For example, “Few people argues” should be “Few people argue,” and “theatres are also play” needs a corrected verb pattern, such as “theatres also play.” The sentence beginning “Although you can find all kind of entertainment online” is incomplete as written, and “I am partially agree” should be “I partially agree.” Punctuation and spacing around sentence boundaries also need attention. Practise checking each sentence for a complete clause and a correctly formed verb.
