Student answer (Band 5.0)

Some individuals argue in the degital age thearates and cinemas are not important due to the fact alot of people wants online entertainment however i totally sure that thearates and cinemas are no longer in todays age .

on the one hand, people think if these cinemas and thearates are still runned they would be beneficial for both economically and culturally for instanse when a new film released first of all that film played in there thearates and cinema so definitely if you want to watch this movie we must hace to book tickets to watched that and one they charged a quality of amount from single person by this they paly an crucial role in ecnomically and culturally.

on the other hand, in todays age by the quality of advanced technology many individuals moved to online entertainments . There are alot of things to get entertain . Now it is very convenient way to get entertain .For example if a person want to entertain itself he can watched movies and news on social media apps these are easy to get awared all of the news ,moreover it helps to get entertain at any time and any place we have not spend enough money on tickets and other expenses of therates and cunemas .

In conclution , i strongly agreed with this statemnet due to many reason in future every person would like to get entertained onilne owing to it us more easily accesable way and the main thing is that it save our money for other purposes.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You present a clear preference for online entertainment in the introduction and conclusion, and you attempt to discuss both views. The cinema-side paragraph gives an economic reason—ticket purchases—and mentions cultural importance, while the online-side paragraph explains convenience, access to news and entertainment, and lower costs. However, the position is not fully consistent: the opening says theatres and cinemas are “no longer” important, whereas the task asks you to weigh their continuing economic and cultural value, and the cultural point is not explained. Several claims remain general, such as “many individuals moved to online entertainments.” Develop each side with a specific example and explain why it supports your view; also make your position consistent throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “on the one hand” and “on the other hand,” and a conclusion. This helps readers identify the two perspectives. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear because several points are joined into long, loosely connected sentences. For example, the cinema paragraph moves from a film’s release to booking tickets and then to economic and cultural importance without clearly separating or explaining those links. The online paragraph also shifts from entertainment to news and savings. Some linking phrases are repetitive or awkward, and the conclusion largely repeats the preference rather than drawing the discussion together. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to its main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “advanced technology,” “online entertainment,” “convenient,” and “expenses,” so the main ideas can generally be understood. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the writing less clear or natural. Examples include “get entertain,” “a quality of amount,” “moved to online entertainments,” and “get awared.” There are also repeated misspellings such as “degital,” “thearates,” and “conclution.” These noticeable inaccuracies sometimes make the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Build a reliable set of topic phrases and check spelling and word forms; prefer natural expressions such as “be entertained,” “a considerable amount,” and “turn to online platforms.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if these cinemas and thearates are still runned” and a reason clause beginning “due to the fact.” However, complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries can make the message difficult to follow. For instance, “a person want … he can watched” should use consistent subject agreement and verb forms, while “we must hace to book tickets to watched” combines incompatible modal and infinitive patterns. Punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent, with several run-on sentences. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then add subordinate clauses, checking that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
