Student answer (Band 5.5)
It has become the matter of argument in the contempory era, nowaday threater and cinemas are no longer crucial as they use to watch all the entertainment in online while other told that threater and cinemas are still getting good demand in culture and economic value. This essay with discuss both perspectives and gives my opinion.
On the one hand, due to use of the internet people are entertaining themselves at home because it is flexible and cheap as compared to the threater. While watching in threate need more ticket charge, transportation and snacks charge too so by watching it at home can definetely lower the cost moreover there only fix period for certain types of movies but in online we can have various options. Therefore, online provide us flexibility and lower the cost for the entertainment.
On the other hand, threat and cinemas carries there own importent in the protection of culture and also offer as better quality video and audio. As compared to home tv it uses high resolutio features and also give the platform for the various art, culture which helps to maintain the cultural value more sustain and help people rempler and respect there past history. However, threater and cinemas carry the art and culture with it so it can not be replace.
In conclusion, there should be equal important for the both online entertainment and the threater cinema beacause they also care equall contribution to provide to good quality show and also helps in the protection in the arts and history so i think online entertainment can not totally replace the threater cinema while looking the both have there own importance.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the first body paragraph explains the convenience and lower cost of online entertainment, while the second argues that cinemas support culture and offer a stronger viewing experience. Your conclusion also gives a position, saying online entertainment cannot totally replace theatres and cinemas. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The economic and cultural importance mentioned in the prompt is not explored in much detail, and the cultural paragraph relies on broad claims about preserving history without a specific example or explanation. Your opinion is also framed as giving both forms “equal important,” which makes your precise position less clear. Develop each main point with a concrete example and state more directly which role you consider most important.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The progression from online convenience to the cultural value of cinemas is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help orient the reader. This organisation is a strength. To make the flow more natural and precise, reduce formulaic transitions and improve links between claims: for example, the move from cinema sound and picture quality to cultural preservation is abrupt. Some references, such as “it” and “they” in the final paragraph, do not clearly identify whether they refer to online entertainment or cinemas. Clearer topic sentences and more explicit connections between supporting points would strengthen cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “flexible,” “ticket charge,” “high resolution,” “cultural value,” and “protection of culture.” This gives you a basic range for discussing the subject. However, vocabulary is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts of the argument difficult to understand, such as “getting good demand in culture,” “maintain the cultural value more sustain,” and “rempler and respect there past history.” Spelling errors, including “contempory,” “definetely,” and “importent,” also reduce accuracy. Aim to learn common collocations for this topic and check spelling carefully. More precise terms for economic contribution and cultural preservation would help you express your ideas clearly without relying on repeated words such as “important” and “help.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a contrast with “While watching in threate…” and a reason introduced by “because.” However, complex structures are often not controlled, and frequent errors in sentence formation, agreement, articles, and verb forms sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “This essay with discuss both perspectives and gives my opinion” has an incorrect verb pattern, while “threater and cinemas carries” has a subject–verb agreement problem. Several sentences also run together without appropriate punctuation, particularly in the first body paragraph. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add a subordinate clause or connector. Check agreement and verb forms, and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
