Student answer (Band 6.0)
In the today's modern world, competition is greater than availability. Therefore, the majority of the people believe that institutions should include studying abroad or work in different country as a part of their curriculum. Although study abroad cost is much higher, it helps students to gain experience. Because of that, I opine that, advantages outweigh disadvantages.
To begin with advantages, acquiring knowledge or work in another nation gives good exposure of the different work culture. Pupils develop communication skills, confidence, and learn cultural diversity. Moreover, traveling to one nation to other creates good impression on employers, it helps to get job smoothly. The majority of industry needs good industrial exposer, and studying or working abroad fulfill this requirement. For instance, nowadays duo to huge competition companies prefers experienced person and they only need talented individuals. Therefore, foreign skills work as a helping hand for person to get job.
However, foreign education creates financial burden on student who are studying in other country. Extra expenses like house rent, living cost, and also traveling cost creates burden on pupil. For example, in today's era oacease education is in demand, some parents get into the debt and send their kids to abroad. They took loan on their entire life's earning because of that students have manage by themselves. As a result, poorer get into debts.
In conclusion, even though study abroad is a very risky experiment, most of the people get benefit and learn new skills like communication skills, cultural diversity and independency. Therefore, I believe that, advantages are higher than disadvantages.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you believe the benefits of overseas study or work placements outweigh the costs, and you address both advantages and disadvantages. Relevant benefits include exposure to different work cultures, communication skills and improved employment prospects; you also identify financial pressure on students and families. This covers the task, but some points are asserted more than explained. For example, the claim that overseas experience creates a “good impression on employers” would be stronger with a clearer explanation of how it improves employability or a specific example. The financial drawback is more developed, though the example about parents taking loans is difficult to follow. Extend the reasoning behind each main point and make the comparison between benefits and costs more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for benefits and drawbacks, and a conclusion that restates your view. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Moreover,” “However,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main stages. This coherent organisation is a strength. At times, however, connections between ideas are mechanical or unclear. In the advantages paragraph, the move from cultural exposure to employers’ impressions and then industry needs would benefit from more explicit explanation. The sentence beginning “For example” in the disadvantages paragraph also contains several ideas whose relationship is hard to track. Use linking expressions selectively and make references such as “they” and “because of that” clearly point to a specific person or idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “communication skills,” “cultural diversity,” “financial burden,” “living cost,” and “experienced person.” These choices make your main ideas understandable, and you attempt less common expressions such as “work culture” and “industrial exposure.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear. Examples include “competition is greater than availability,” “good industrial exposer,” “oacease education,” and “foreign skills work as a helping hand.” Some phrases also sound unnatural, such as “get job smoothly.” Aim for precise, conventional combinations and check spelling carefully. Replacing vague or awkward expressions with specific terms for international experience, employment prospects and education costs would make your argument clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a concession in “Although study abroad cost is much higher” and a cause-and-effect structure with “As a result.” Most of the argument remains understandable, but some grammatical errors affect accuracy and occasionally make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. For example, “companies prefers” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “students have manage by themselves” has an incorrect verb form. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention: “in the today's modern world” is not formed correctly, and the sentence joining “employers” with “it helps” needs clearer punctuation or a conjunction. Practise accurate agreement, verb patterns and article use, while varying sentence structures without making them overly long.
