Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays studying for higher education has become very common. people persue their undergraduate degrees and get it completed without having any exprience in the practical world in this skill. Moreover dude to countrie's limited resources students have very minimal exposure to the practical application of the degree. For this purpose it is essential for all the university undergraduates to have a span of studying and working abroad so that would learn the implications of their degree in diffrent culture and learn the practical skills which are in demands.I believe this would be more advantagious then its complications. In this essay i will prove this point with many examples.
First of all, if a student has a chance to study abroad i will give him opportunities to learn through different environment.he will experience new methods of application of his degree because of his inetration with multiple talented teachers. He will learn the new methadologies and various conceps about the multiple topics. In addition to that his exposure to the working envirnment will also increases becuase of performing jobs in multiple prestigious companies. For example, Students in their countries have limited acadamic resources and there is no availability of latest books and techniques along with the machinary which puts them behind from the modern developing world which is experimentind new ideas to slove any issue. Along with it students have limited interactions with international scholars which could be a source of getting insight in their studies. Therefore it is mendatory for all the undergraduate students to have internships in studies and doing work placements abroad.
However, moving aborad also creates certian complications including expences, accomodation issues, language barier along with the cultural shocks. Because students have to move into entirely new civilization where they have different
values and language it is difficult for them to fit in new culture.Additionally, they have to work hard to pay for their accomodation and school fees which make them hard to maintain worklife balance.Despite of the difficulties they have to face,I believe the opportunities for growth increases which make them successfulin thier life and this positive aspect outweigh the other negatives studying or working abroad.
I hereby conclude, although studying and working aborad has bariers of language, new culture, financial burden but it gives students to explore new study techniques and interaction with highly qualified r

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a clear position that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, and you address both sides by discussing access to teaching and workplace experience as well as costs, accommodation, language and cultural adjustment. The examples about limited academic resources and contact with international scholars are relevant to the question. However, the main benefits are asserted more than fully explained: for instance, clarify how a placement abroad develops skills or improves graduates’ prospects, rather than relying on broad claims about “growth.” The response also shifts between studying abroad and working abroad without explaining whether every student should do either option or both. Develop fewer points with specific consequences and examples, and make the comparison with the disadvantages more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on benefits, a paragraph on drawbacks and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “First of all,” “In addition to that,” and “However” help signal the direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined in long, loosely connected sentences. The example about limited books and machinery, for instance, is followed by a separate point about international scholars without a clear explanation of how each supports the central claim. Some transitions are repetitive, and the conclusion is incomplete, so it does not clearly bring the comparison to a close. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “practical application,” “prestigious companies,” “international scholars,” and “work-life balance.” These choices show an effort to discuss education and employment beyond basic terms. However, the range is not consistently controlled, and frequent spelling errors and awkward collocations sometimes make the meaning harder to read, as in “methadologies,” “limited interactions,” and “opportunities for growth increases.” Some phrases are also imprecise, such as “internships in studies,” which does not clearly express the intended placement. Check spelling carefully and learn common word partnerships in context. More precise terms for academic exchange, workplace experience and financial pressures would make the argument clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional opening (“if a student has a chance…”) and a concession beginning “although.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “he will learn the implications” after a plural subject, “his exposure … will also increases,” and “which make them hard to maintain worklife balance.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly where full stops are missing between ideas. Practise subject–verb agreement, consistent pronoun reference, articles and clause construction. Shorter, accurately punctuated sentences would help you communicate the argument while you build control of more complex forms.
